1. She Has Options On Set

Mitchell opened up about her diet and wellness in an interview with Byrdie. She says that when she’s on set, she always makes sure to have healthy choices available to her. "If you can't fit a workout in, it does really come down to your eating. Me being on set, I drink a lot of water. I try to opt out of coffee and drink green tea instead. There are always options. But I have my certain favourite things with me all the time when I'm on set.”
2. She Believes In Balance

Mitchell makes sure to eat healthy. However, she tells Byrdie that eating healthy doesn’t mean dieting to her. She says that she opts for a balanced diet instead. "I think it's just finding a balance and not cutting anything out,” she says. “I hardly ever diet. I think it is just about making smart choices when you can't get a workout in.”
3. She Takes Days Off

Mitchell tells Forbes that she doesn’t beat herself up when she doesn’t get a workout in. She says that she remembers to workout harder the next day. "It’s okay to take a day off, it’s okay to cheat. We’re all people and while it's essential that we challenge ourselves, some days you just have to give yourself a break. But on the days you don’t need a break, hit it hard.”
4. She Eats Healthy

Mitchell revealed some of her favorite meals to Forbes. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy each day. “For breakfast, I do fresh fruit with oatmeal. For lunch, one of my go-to’s is a huge salad with a small side of grain or pasta, kind of like a Buddha bowl.”
5. She Reduces Her Anxiety

Mitchell opened up about the anxiety she had after having her first child to Vogue. She says that she did things to make herself feel better about herself. “I’d heard all these things from my friends saying, ‘You’re going to second guess a lot of things you do, you’re going to feel guilty when you leave her.’ [It’s been all about] just taking the time to get ready and be by myself to [say] ‘Okay cool, now I can handle this, I’ve got this, so many people have done this before me, and so many people have felt the same way.’”
