She Eats Healthy
Mitchell revealed some of her favorite meals to Forbes. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy each day. "For breakfast, I do fresh fruit with oatmeal. For lunch, one of my go-to's is a huge salad with a small side of grain or pasta, kind of like a Buddha bowl."
She Reduces Her Anxiety
Mitchell opened up about the anxiety she had after having her first child to Vogue. She says that she did things to make herself feel better about herself. "I'd heard all these things from my friends saying, 'You're going to second guess a lot of things you do, you're going to feel guilty when you leave her.' [It's been all about] just taking the time to get ready and be by myself to [say] 'Okay cool, now I can handle this, I've got this, so many people have done this before me, and so many people have felt the same way.'"
