Shelby Tribble, star of The Only Way is Essex, is celebrating her partner Sam Mucklow's birthday this week. The couple decided to take a trip to Jamaica to celebrate. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Tribble revealed a lot of her health and wellness secrets in an interview with the Daily Star. She says that she likes to workout multiple times a week. She also says that she does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. "I joined a gym as well so I try and do some different classes to keep it interesting, and I try to do PT once a week."

She Stays Hydrated

Dehydration is not a problem for Tribble. She tells the Daily Star that she makes sure to stay hydrated each day. "I like to drink a lot of water," she says. "I love water, either water or alcohol, in between either!" "Necessary to the healthy function of all internal organs, water must be consumed to replace the amount lost each day during basic activities. According to the Food and Nutrition Board, it is recommended that women consume 2.7 liters (91 oz) daily and men consume 3.7 liters (125 oz) through various beverages (80%) or in food (20%)," says ACE Fitness.

She Enjoys Eating Healthy

One of Tribble's biggest secrets to eating healthy is actually enjoying how she feels when she does so. She tells the Daily Star, "In all seriousness, I love to eat veg and eat well, because it makes me feel good. "You know that thing you get after a MacDonalds and you think 'ugh why'd I eat that?' When I eat healthily, I never get that feeling."

She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

Tribble tells the Daily Star that in addition to taking care of her body, she also takes care of her mind. "I try to do all of that to keep up with my mental and physical health because I need it quite a bit," she says. "It gives you good energy and it makes you more positive so it's nice to be around that as well."

She Skis

Tribble loves to ski as a way to keep herself in shape. She likes to ski with her boyfriend, and hopes that their son will do so in the future. Tribble posted this series of photos and one video on Instagram of a family vacation they took to the French Alps. She captioned the post, "Our first family ski holiday. Can't wait to get Abel on a mini pair of skis."
