Pathania is diligent about making healthy lifestyle choices. "During my teenage days, I used to be slightly on the plump side but soon realized the importance of staying fit and started following a healthy fitness regime," she says. "I believe consuming the correct proportion of protein and nutrition enhances one's ability to remain active. I thoroughly enjoy my disciplined lifestyle now. I ensure that I take all my three meals on time and get adequate sleep."


She Loves Pizza


Pathania's favorite indulgence is pizza—but she makes it healthy. "I am health-conscious, but I do love my pizza," she says. "But I have it with a healthy twist to it. Getting the best of both worlds – health and taste, my cook makes me the most delicious and mouth-watering wheat bread pizza with a ton of veggies and hummus. So, that helps a lot with finding a balance between my pizza craving and maintaining my health."


Mental Health

Pathania meditates to support her mental health. "When it comes to my mental health, I truly believe in holistic healing," she says. "Yoga gives me peace of mind which ultimately helps my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Starting each day with meditation, followed by yoga poses such as cat pose, twist pose, forward bend pose, etc., make me feel light and energetic all day long."


Birthday Traditions

Pathania loves sweet treats on her birthday. "My mother enjoys cooking, and since I have a sweet tooth, she always makes 'Aktori,' a traditional sweet cake made with buckwheat, wheat flour, and dry fruits that resemble pancakes," she says. "We usually eat it with honey, and it is my absolute favorite."
