1

She Is Constantly On the Move

Arya doesn't rely on workouts to stay in shape—she makes a point to stay active throughout the day. "I believe that regular physical activity is the best way of exercising," she tells IWMBuzz. "As due to all the movements and steps, it helps to keep us healthy and at the same time the fun attached to it keeps one happy and cheerful."

2

She Loves to Dance

Arya enjoys dancing, especially as a way to kick-start the day. "I love dancing and for me, it is an early morning exercise," she says. "I love to play loud music in my room and dance all alone. And when I dance alone in my room, I feel like a star performing in front of a huge audience. I am sure it is a scene to watch out for."

3

She Doesn't Eat After 7pm

Arya avoids sugar and tries not to eat after 7pm. "I try to work out every day and I avoid eating or consuming sugar," she tells TellyChakkar. "I believe that rather than following a crash diet people should follow a basic diet which was pioneered by our ancestors like eating by 7 pm or so." Many studies confirm the health benefits of not eating late at night. "An early dinner is good for digestion, and anything that is good for digestion aids weight loss," says clinical nutritionist Dr. Rupali Dutta. "It is said that the body is wired to the movement of the sun. The later we eat, more are the chances of the food lying in the intestines, affecting the digestion. On the other hand, if you have your dinner early, you reach the satiety value earlier, the body is able to utilize the food better. The body uses everything we eat. If the calories produced are not put to use, it is stored as fat."

4

She Loves Indian Vegetable Dishes

Arya is a big fan of Indian vegetable dishes, but she avoids dairy. "My diet is quite basic, I prefer eating normal Ghar ka khana very less, like normal sabji roti, but yes, I am lactose intolerant so I do not consume any diet product," she says. "A diet rich in vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check," says Harvard Health. "Eating non-starchy vegetables and fruits like apples, pears, and green leafy vegetables may even promote weight loss. Their low glycemic loads prevent blood sugar spikes that can increase hunger."

5

She Is Introspective

Arya is very introspective and spens a lot of time by herself, which she considers important for her mental health. "I mostly stay alone so I talk to myself a lot; I feel it is important to talk to yourself because then you will be able to find answers to unsolved quizzes," she says. "Solitude allows you to reboot your brain and unwind," says Sherrie Bourg Carter, PsyD. "Constantly being 'on' doesn't give your brain a chance to rest and replenish itself. Being by yourself with no distractions gives you the chance to clear your mind, focus, and think more clearly. It's an opportunity to revitalize your mind and body at the same time."
