She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Dhanwanthary revealed her wellness secrets in an interview with Times Of India. She revealed what she does for working out. Dhanwanthary says that she does a variety of different exercises to stay in shape, and give herself a lot of different effects. "I do mostly cardio and alternate it with weight training," she says.
She Eats Small Meals Every Two Hours
In her Times of India interview, Dhanwanthary also revealed her approach to eating. She says that she doesn't eat three meals a day. Instead, she aims to eat smaller meals every couple of hours. "I follow the eat-small-meals at a two hour interval plan," she explains.
She Goes To The Beach
Dhanwanthary loves to go to the beach. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself by the water. She posted this set of photos of herself posing in front of the water, captioning it, "Coral & azure." She also posted this set of photos of herself walking on a boardwalk, captioning it, "Checking out."
She Hikes

She Works Out To Eat
In an interview with Puja Talwar, Dhanwanthary broke down some of her wellness habits. She says that she works out to enjoy her favorite foods, and doesn't put herself on restrictive diets. "I'd rather have everything in food and then work out like a beast. Which I realize is not exactly healthy, because I'm just working out so that I can eat. But that's what I do. So, I make sure that I work out and I know I don't miss a workout and I just don't just gobble it up."
