Saran is an avid dancer. She even likes to do live performances. Saran posted this video on Instagram of one of her performances. She captioned the video, “Last year on stage.” "Dancing is a universal human experience. We dance to express joy, celebrate life events, and enact religious and cultural rituals. Dance also has physical and cognitive benefits that may exceed those of other forms of exercise," says Harvard Health.

2. She Focuses On Being Healthy

Saran spilled some of her wellness secrets to The Times Of India. She says that she focuses on staying healthy, rather than losing weight. “I don’t chase the perfect figure. I’d rather focus on staying and eating healthy.” "The type of carbohydrate in the diet is more important than the amount of carbohydrate in the diet, because some sources of carbohydrate—like vegetables (other than potatoes), fruits, whole grains, and beans—are healthier than others," says Harvard Health.

3. She Combines Workouts

Saran revealed some of her favorite workouts to The Times Of India. She says that she likes to combine different exercises. “A combination of running, swimming, yoga and circuit training works brilliantly for my body.” Doing different workouts allows you to work on different things.

4. She Believes In Balance

When it comes to her diet, Saran believes in balance and moderation. “I prefer Indian food because it’s a balanced diet,” she told The Times Of India. “I pick grilled eats over junk.” "Grilling is a great way to cook healthy meals and enjoy the outdoors," says Beaumont. "Grilling can also help lower your calorie intake and may even help with weight loss. While grilling does not remove all the fat from meats, it causes the excess fat to melt and drip off the racks. Other cooking methods allow the meat to cook in its own fat, which can be reabsorbed. Grilling also helps food keep more of their vitamins and minerals and seals in moisture leaving you with a juicy meal without the added fats."

5. She Goes Outside To Workout

Saran tells The Times Of India that she likes to do outdoor workouts. “I exercise five times a week, and prefer doing it outdoors rather than inside a gym. That way, you sweat more and stay away from unnatural surrounding which air conditioned gyms trap you in.” " Outdoor exercise can help ward off seasonal affective disorder (SAD), depression and anxiety because sunshine naturally increases serotonin, a hormone that affects your mood. And exercise itself produces endorphins, another feel-good hormone that boosts your mood and reduces pain," says Piedmont Health.
