1. She Puts in “Hard Work” at the Gym

Shweta trains regularly with Tridev Pandey, who shares clips of their sessions on social media. “And you should never give up because Hardwork pays off 💪🏼 @battatawada getting stronger every day,” Pandey captioned this video of Shwetavdoing jump squats, pushups, frontrolls, and strength training.

2. She Jet Skis

Shweta enjoys jet skiing, a great workout on the water. “One of the best experiences I had- The Jet Ski Safari!” she captioned a photo of herself on a jet skiing trip. “We headed North for a good 20 km (60-70 ki speed mein) weaving our way up past islands, beaches, sandbars and through mangroves where we then stoped at a tropical bar on South Stradbroke Island for 🍻 before turning back to ride the 20 km home. According to Pandey, Shweta majorly changed her approach to fitness to get into her best shape ever. “Tag that person who travels a lot & give excuses to not workout because of unavailability of gym. But if there is a will there is a way! Make your outdoors whether garden, beach, roof, balcony or your room your playground,” he captioned this workout video. “@battatawada changed her perspective on fitness and no access to gym doesn’t stop her to not workout. I’m very happy & proud how she has changed in these last 2 years from the girl who didn’t care about fitness and now need to workout wherever she is!”

4. She Boxes

Shweta also boxes her way to a hot body. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength.
