You'll notice your body's responses quickly," says the Mayo Clinic. "You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow to your muscles and back to your lungs. Your small blood vessels (capillaries) will widen to deliver more oxygen to your muscles and carry away waste products, such as carbon dioxide and lactic acid. Being in the public eye, Fudge has to deal with a lot of unfortunate comments about her body. However, she says that she is not letting the haters get to her. Fudge responded to them in an Instagram story, saying, “These comments really don't sit well with me, it's disgusting and people shouldn't be able to get away with trolling. I have always been one to struggle to put weight on no matter how much or what I eat. But do you know what I am HAPPY, HEALTHY & CONFIDENT in my body. That's all that matters! No one deserves to be shamed for their body type or weight."

It can be difficult for people to not read the comments, but Fudge found a way to make sure that she doesn’t. She revealed in a YouTube video that she turns her comments off on TikTok. “I just personally feel more comfortable and confident on TikTok without the comments on,” she said. “I feel like some people forget that we're still human beings and I'm putting myself out there doing something I enjoy and I go on the comments sometimes and they're very negative. I don't need that. I don't need to be seeing that.”

Mills is all about authenticity. She tells Heatworld that she made sure to be herself when she was filming Love Island. "I don’t think I’d change anything,” she says. “Because throughout Casa and going into the main villa, I was true to myself. Saniya stays active in sun or snow. "This time last year I was suffering with anxiety and depression behind closed doors,” she says. “This resulted in me having insomnia, extreme mood swings & losing two stone in weight. I couldn't bear to look at myself in the mirror because I didn’t recognise myself both physically and mentally. I completely lost myself and I wasn’t sure who I was as a person anymore… [Today] I feel beautiful, confident and I love my body now more than ever. I never understood mental health until I experienced [the down sides of] it myself and how important it is. I urge everybody to be kind because you never know what someone is going through, everyone has a story."

Before going on Love Island, Poole decided to get in shape. She worked with personal trainer, Jordan Goddard. He revealed that he did a lot of sessions a week with her. “She would come to me between three to four times a week,” he said to Daily Star. “She came frequently, she’s a hard worker.”

She Strength Trains

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan.
