Fudge unfortunately has been subjected to body shamers on social media. However, she doesn't let these comments get to her, and even called one of them out on her Instagram story. "These comments really don't sit well with me, it's disgusting and people shouldn't be able to get away with trolling. I have always been one to struggle to put weight on no matter how much or what I eat. I am HAPPY, HEALTHY & CONFIDENT in my body. That's all that matters! No one deserves to be shamed for their body type or weight."

She Takes Days Away From Social Media

Being a public figure and an influencer means you have to spend a lot of time posting on social media. You're also expected to share your life with your followers. Unfortunately, this can be very taxing. However, Fudge says that she makes sure to spend days away from social media, which helps with her mental health. She wrote on her Instagram story, "I just wanna get something straight here. I am STILL a human being, if there's a day or a few days where I don't feel like posting or I want to take a break that is ok."

She's Learning Tennis

Fudge has a new way to stay in shape. She revealed on this Instagram post that she is learning how to play tennis, while on vacation in St. Lucia. Tennis isn't just a great way to exercise, a study done in the Journal of Sports Medicine revealed that it can help prevent different conditions. "The general findings of this review indicate that those who choose to play tennis appear to have positive health benefits. Specifically, lower body fat percentages, more favourable lipid profiles, and enhanced aerobic fitness contributed to an overall improved risk profile for cardiovascular morbidity. Furthermore, numerous studies have identified better bone health not only in tennis players with lifelong tennis participation histories, but also in those who take on the sport in mid-adulthood."

She Dances

Fudge loves to dance as a way to exercise and have fun. She has posted several videos on TikTok and Instagram of herself dancing. She posted this video of herself dancing with two of her friends on Instagram, captioning it, "Back like I never left." Dancing has a lot of benefits for your body. Dance physical therapist at NYU Langone's Harkness Center, Emily Sandow, tells CNN that dance is "great for your range of motion and allowing the joints to move freely through all planes of motion."
