She Does Full-Body Workouts

In the video, she is seen doing squat jumps, squat walks, and calf raises. She is also seen doing fire hydrants with a resistance band. 


She Works Out Her Core

Skye has amazing abs. And she revealed her favorite core workouts in her YouTube video. In it, Skye is seen doing exercises like mountain climbers, sprinter crunches, and in and out leg raises. Having a strong core is extremely important. The Mayo Clinic reports, "Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles."
