Porter revealed in this Tweet that she decided to change her lifestyle, and wanted to be healthier. She wrote, "I've been eating so awful and not working out. I feel like a slug. So on Monday, I'm having a kale smoothie and running 3 miles." "Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the amounts of vitamins A, K, B6 and C, calcium, potassium, copper and manganese it contains. One cup of raw kale has just 33 calories and only 7 grams of carbohydrate. So, it's a very diabetes-friendly/weight-friendly vegetable," says the Mayo Clinic.
She Swims
Porter lives in Florida, which means she's surrounded by beaches, and is used to sunny weather. She also vacations to a lot of places with beautiful weather and beaches. One thing Porter does to stay in shape is doing barre workouts. Her favorite being a Pure Barre class. She professed her love for the workout in this Tweet, saying, "Pure Barre is life."
