Simone Ashley Shares Swimsuit Video From "My Favourite Place"

Simone Ashley is vacationing in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Bridgerton star shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "A week off in my favourite place," she captioned an Instagram post. "Cutie," commented Julia Garner. "Excuse me who gave you the right to look that good in a bikini?" added another follower.  How does the young actress maintain her fit physique? Take Risks

Ashley has a no fear policy. "I'd like to think that I'm not a very fearful person," she told Glamour. "We're in an industry that, yes, as an artist you can feel certain pressures at times, but we're not performing heart surgery or curing diseases or having lives dependent on us. That's real pressure. When I put that into perspective, I'm like, 'It's fine.'"


Take a Hike


"I'm a big nature person," she told Conde Nast Traveller. One method she adores? "I love hikes, going to the beach, eating really good food. For me, a perfect vacation would be exhausting myself playing in the sand, swimming, hiking, exploring, and then treating myself to an absolutely massive meal and some really nice wine with friends and good music. I'm trying to be a bit more cultured and push myself to do more city-searching and going to exhibitions and all of that. But at heart, I'm a big explorer," she said. 




Ashley likes a fighting form of fitness. During her time off of filming she focuses on "hanging with her dog, watching old episodes of Friends, going on hikes. She learned kickboxing, ate healthily, "and even managed to get some reading done."


Ride Horses


Ashley doesn't just ride horses on Bridgerton – she is an equestrian in real life. "I'm quite natural and I'm quite sporty anyway," she told Glamour UK. "At the start, I was in the saddle every other day, pretty much for one to one and a half hours a day. I loved it." She added that it also helps her mental health. 


Maintain a Healthy Diet

Simone maintains a healthy diet In one of her Instagram videos, Simone chugs green juice out of a large pitcher. Salmon is Ashley's go-to food for energy, especially prior to shooting. "On my first day, I was like, "OK, first day as a leading lady, got to eat lots of food, be really energized. So, I had this massive portion of salmon and that's when I needed to be sick, basically because I was wearing the corset," she told Glamour UK. "I realized when you wear the corset, you just don't eat. It changes your body. I had a smaller waist very momentarily. Then the minute you stop wearing it, you're just back to how your body is. I had a lot of pain with the corset, too, I think I tore my shoulder at one point!"
