Singer Joss Stone is encouraging fans to help find a place for two dogs in need of a loving home. Stone, 37, shared a video of herself wearing purple leggings and a pink tank top, happily feeding the two sweet pups treats. “This is Bill and Ben. Let’s all band together and find them a loving home. Cody found them wondering around on a road near by whilst I was away on tour. He knock on many doors, posted on all the local lost and found sites and checked with the vets if they were chipped and nothing has come up. It looks like they were just dropped off randomly. Not sure why anyone would do that but I guess we live in an unfair world and sometimes it is more apparent than others. Luck would have it that they found their way to us,” she captioned the post. Stone is all about gentle wellness—here’s how she stays healthy and happy.

1. Gentle Wellbeing

Stone is kind to herself, and her fitness routine reflects that. “I try and love and put myself around love as much as possible, that’s my wellbeing,” she told Weleda UK. “I’m vegetarian, I think I’m pretty healthy as far as food and drink goes. I do like to exercise just a little bit, I don’t exercise a lot, I go for a run once or twice a week; it’s just nice to remind yourself your body works. But love is the thing that helps me be healthy, to love and be loved.”

2. Health and Happiness

Stone says the root of health is happiness. “Happiness is everything for health and wellbeing: if we aren’t happy, our health will suffer,” she told Weleda UK. “It’s been proven time and time again, and it’s something that we discuss in our podcast. Really it’s the lack of stress that helps our physical wellbeing. You can be as healthy as you like, you can run a million miles, you can eat all the healthy food, you can drink all the juices, not smoke, not drink, you can do all of that, but if you are suffering mentally (and I do think if you do all of those things, you’re much less likely to suffer mentally) then you won’t be healthy, you’re going to be tired and it’s not going to work out because there’s an imbalance.”

3. Big Family Dreams

Stone and husband Cody are considering adopting more children. "We're trying to do our home study [the assessment process for prospective adoptive parents]. I hope we get to do it," says told Hello!. "I want, like, 25 kids.”

4. Juggling It All

Stone knows how hard it is to juggle motherhood with a career. "It's a horrible thing, man," she told Yahoo! Life. "You just want to be there all the time. But I also have to work, and being a working mom is hard. We as women, we are amazing humans, of course, because we can do everything, it doesn't mean we should be doing everything."

5. Rose Lover

Stone swears by Weleda (who she is partnered with) Wild Rose fragrance. “I do love that,” she says. “I’m obsessed with rose in everything, I’m obsessed with it in food, I love to make rose cupcakes and have rose gin and tonic, and I’ve actually got some rose Turkish delight in the fridge! I just love rose, so that boosts my mood! I also love lemongrass, I love lavender, I love jasmine.”
