She Soaks in Hot Water

Snoochie loves soaking in hot water, either in a hot bath or hot tub. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

She Plays Recreational Sports

Snoochie stays active even when she isn't working out. She loves playing recreational sports, including soccer and basketball. Mercedes Carnethon, MD, told the American Heart Assocation that soccer is a great workout for many reasons. "It is a game of continuous running and with very little stopping," said Carnethon, an associate professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "It also has anaerobic elements – that high intensity where you're sprinting and then resting – you're constantly moving." Sports researcher Peter Krustrup, who has spent more than 15 years studying the health benefits of soccer, added that recreational-level play and soccer-related exercise drills can help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Soccer also can help shift body composition by decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle.

She Prioritizes Self-Care

Snoochie prioritizes self-care. She makes sure to set aside time for the occasional spa day so she can unwind and relax.

She Exercises

While Snoochie isn't a huge fan of working out she makes sure to get her sweat on. "I just did an ab workout and I feel like death. IS THIS WHAT YOU GUYS ENJOY??? …EXERCISE?!?!" she tweeted recently about her attempt at a workout. "Ok so leg / booty workouts not so bad. But ABS? Throw the whole workout away. Chloe Ting workouts are no joke. I'm now spread out on floor." Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

She Loves Pancakes and Sushi

Snoochie loves pancakes, recently celebrating World Pancake Day on Twitter. "Lemon and sugar on pancake only," she responded when a fan asked her what she puts on her pancake. She has also revealed that she loves sushi.  "The American Heart Association recommends eating fish 2-3 times a week, as fish is a lean protein with omega-3 fatty acids and is considered healthy. Rolls can be wrapped in seaweed sheets, which are a good source of iron, calcium and vitamin A. It is the combination of ingredients that makes sushi healthy," says Johns Hopkins.
