She Gets Her Zen On

Sofia is a big fan of meditation. "I know how to be like, 'Calm down, you're here. There's nothing to panic about,'" she told Teen Vogue about the importance of a practice. "Meditation is a simple, quick way to reduce stress that you can do wherever you are. Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Is Religious

Sofia's faith is rooted in her family. She maintains that two years of Christian high school helped her discover god. "My family wanted church to be a place where we all went together. My dad was always traveling and my mom was always working. School is where I did Bible classes and studied God," she told  Complex. She refers to faith as her "main ground" and "the most interesting thing in my life." She also tries to surround herself with people who have the same beliefs. "One of the key factors of life is love, and the key factor of God is love, so having that understanding is really important in a relationship," she explains. "Having someone that genuinely respects you and understands your life and is open to hearing about your life is really cool. Having someone to just open up to and talk to when shit is bad and when shit is great."

She Prioritizes Happiness

Sofia focuses on filling her life with fun and happy things. "I always live by having fun and never taking things too seriously. I know that everyone has this perfect image that they have to uphold, but I think that you'll live a happier life if you just smile more and have fun," she told Grazia.

She Sweats

Sofia trains at the Dogpound, the personal training gym where Vanessa Hudgens and Hailey Bieber also get their sweat on. She works out with trainer Kevin Mejia, who has shared footage of their sessions. In one video, she does leg extensions while wearing resistance bands.

She Stays True to Herself

"Ultimately, I've learned that you have to stay true to yourself and that you can't let others' opinions affect you," she told OK!. "I think it really just comes from within and as long as you're comfortable and happy with who you are, your confidence will shine through," she added about confidence.

She Does Pilates

Sofia is also a fan of pilates, training with Elizabeth Vidor of Forma Pilates. She has shared clips of her reformer workouts on her Instagram Stories. "Footage of Elizabeth Vidor kicking my butt this morning," she captioned a clip, which lives under the "wellness" tab of her Instagram profile.
