Sofía Rivera Torres recently got married. And she’s spending her honeymoon at the beach. Torres just posted a new set of photos from the trip on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed time by the pool. 1. She Swims
As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Torres loves to go to the beach. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Torres likes to swim to stay in shape. In one photo in this set, Torres is seen diving off of a board into the ocean. She captioned it, “Al mal tiempo, tú mejor cara. And then if that doesn’t work just dive in.” Torres also posted these photos of herself climbing out of the water in Bacalar.
2. She Paddleboards
Swimming isn’t the only thing Torres likes to do when she goes to the beach. She also likes to paddleboard to stay in shape. In this set of vacation photos she posted on Instagram, Torres is seen paddleboarding. She captioned it, “Photo dump of my last few days. 💙 Such a great weekend with very beautiful people I love so much (although I missed my babe). It's harder to paddle board in the sea... Who has done this ?”
3. She Doesn’t Obsess Over Her Health
Torres opened up about her wellness in an interview. She says that she changed her approach to health over the last year. Torres says that she no longer gets obsessive over her health. “In February of last year, I began to increase uncontrollably,” she explained. “I am a size conscious person and have struggled with being skinny. I pushed through exercise and diet, but the more I became obsessed with it, the less results I saw."
4. She Works With A Diet Expert
In the same interview, Torres revealed that she changed her diet. She says that she sought help from an expert to get her on the right path. "The diet that he puts depends on each person,” she says. “In my case, it was removing a lot of foods with hormones, to begin with, animal protein, he changed me for a little while to a vegan diet, which I am no longer on that one, because I am already resuming my life little by little.”
5. She Has Support
Torres has a lot of support in her life. And a lot of it comes from her husband. In the same interview, Torres opened up about how her husband helps her with her wellness. “Eduardo has helped me by supporting me, motivating me and recognizing my achievements. At first, I went down much slower, so I would go to the doctor and get desperate, but he told me that the difference was noticeable."
