I’m shooting my shot @emrata.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Uses Face Masks
Torres loves to use hyaluronic face masks, especially when she’s traveling. “Hyaluronic acid products come in various forms that you put on your skin,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “These include shampoos, lotions, creams, gels, ointments, patches and serums. You can also buy hyaluronic acid powder and mix it with water to create a hyaluronic acid serum you can apply to your skin. Hyaluronic acid has beneficial properties when used on your skin. It’s especially useful for reducing the appearance of wrinkles and age lines.”
2. She Loves Seafood
Torres’ social media is practically a love letter to fresh seafood, especially salmon. “The pink color of salmon comes from its rich levels of a protective antioxidant called astaxanthin,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “This compound has been linked to lowering the risk of heart disease by improving cholesterol and working in combination with the omega-3 fatty acids to protect the brain and nervous system.”
3. Mediterranean Diet

Torres loves the Mediterranean diet and ingredients, especially delicious olives. “One of the polyphenols in olives is called oleocanthal,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “This compound appears to share the same pharmacological activity as ibuprofen, and acts as a natural anti-inflammatory. Interestingly, this useful property has been associated with positive changes in those with rheumatoid arthritis.”
4. World Travel
Torres is constantly traveling and exploring new countries and cultures. “Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms,” says Adam Galinsky, a professor at Columbia Business School. “The key, critical process is multicultural engagement, immersion and adaptation. Someone who lives abroad and doesn’t engage with the local culture will likely get less of a creative boost than someone who travels abroad and really engages in the local environment.”
5. Red Wine
Torres enjoys the occasional glass of red wine, which experts say is fine in moderation. “Antioxidants in red wine called polyphenols may help protect the lining of blood vessels in the heart,” says the Mayo Clinic. “A polyphenol called resveratrol is one substance in red wine that's received attention for its health benefits.”
