Actress and America’s Got Talent judge Sofia Vergara has a new business venture. This week, Vergara announced that she is releasing a line of lingerie for Walmart. 1. She Believes In Moderation
Vergara told FOX News that she’s a big believer in moderation, and not just when it comes to her diet. The actress says that her wellness philosophy is, "Not too much food, not too much exercise, not too much anything. Everything in moderation." Vergara admits that she indulges once in a while, saying to Celebuzz, "One of my biggest secrets is that I'm always trying to figure out how to get away with trying to eat something sweet after a meal or before going to bed."
2. She Has A Go-To Healthy Breakfast

Vergara makes sure to eat healthy and that she has several healthy recipes to make at home. In an interview with Glamour, Vergara revealed that she loves to make homemade muesli for breakfast. "Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, nuts, and blueberries," she says.
3. She Doesn’t Diet

Vergara tells Celebuzz that she isn’t a fan of dieting and that she just focuses on eating healthy foods as often as possible. “I have never believed crazy diets, so I usually try to eat healthy, of course,” she explains. “I love vegetables and healthy food and juices, so I’m pretty good with that.”
4. She Works Out Every Afternoon
Vergara tells Glamour that she makes sure to exercise every day, and that she likes to workout in the middle of the day. "After a quick lunch, I'll start a workout,” she says. Vergara has her favorite gym workouts as well. “My go-to workout is a Pilates workout on the Lagree Fitness Megaformer machine. I also mix in spinning classes for cardio a couple of times per week."
5. She Takes Time Off Once In A While

To Vergara, it’s okay if she skips a gym day or indulges once in a while. Her trainer, Jennifer Yates, tells Marie Claire, "It's fine to give yourself a break—your body comes back stronger. You have to let your body rest, even if you're working out a few days during the week. That's why we rotate with Sofia. We have days in between when she rests. If you exhaust the muscles, you're more prone to getting injured."
