She Runs Four Times a Week

Soledad told La Capital that she runs four times a week. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

She Also Swims, Walks, and Rides a Bike

"I really like sports and social life. I choose to be with my family and my friends," Soledad told DiarioShow.com about how she likes to make exercises social. In addition to running she also swims. "I walk and ride a bike," she adds.

Her Diet Is "Fairly Strict"

Soledad maintains a healthy diet, "for many reasons" including having high cholesterol. She calls it "fairly strict." She also takes care of herself "because I like to look good and light," she says.

She Says Exercise Gives Her Energy

"Every day I do some physical activity. When I was a girl I went to tennis, I never missed a gym class. And, for a few years, I've also been swimming. Today my passion is running: I go three times a week to do it for the countryside or my neighborhood; I like to go over the mark. I do the errands walking. Beyond the fact that I am interested in body care, mainly I love exercising for the energy it gives me," Soledad explains to Caras.

She Practices Portion Control

Soledad also maintains that paying attention to portion size is key. "As for food, it is impossible for me to take care of myself: I eat everything, but in few portions. I enjoy and I usually entertain my family with culinary art. My grandmothers have already passed me some secrets of their favorite dishes," she tells Caras.
