Model and fitness influencer Sommer Ray has an incredible figure, which she isn't afraid of showing off. She has posted several revealing photos on social media. In a recent Instagram post, Ray modeled a zebra print bathing suit from her line. She captioned the post, "Swim is the move, even though it's almost August." How does she stay so fit? She Makes Smoothies In The Morning

Ray revealed some of her health and wellness tips in this video on her channel. She says that she doesn't like to eat a whole meal for breakfast, and favors smoothies in the mornings. "I like to wake up and make a smoothie," she says. "I put a bunch of spinach in it, because I hate to eat spinach, but I like to drink it. A couple scoops of protein powder, and I put flaxseed."

She Uses CBD Oil For Pain

In her YouTube video, Ray revealed one of the things she uses for muscle pain. She says that she has struggled with knee pain for years and several treatments, like physical therapy, weren't always working. However, she did find a solution. "I use CBD oil," she says. "It helps with inflammation, and it's like changed my life." Ray says she puts it on before she works out.

She's Creative

Ray revealed some of her favorite workout and diet tricks in this post on her website. She syas that she likes to use gym equipment in a unique way. "I get creative and use standard strength-training machines my own way," she says. "Take the hamstring curl machine. Instead of just lying face down and hooking my ankles behind the bar to engage the back of my legs to bring the bar towards my butt (as directed), I lie face-up with my upper back on the pad, the soles of my feet on the ground, and the bar positioned against my hips. Then, I engage my hamstrings and butt to lift my hips against the resistance until my body forms a straight line between my knees and shoulders."

She Interval Trains

In the post on her website, Ray revealed that she likes to do interval training. "After my workouts, I do 6 minutes of high-intensity interval training with a jump rope. I'll hop for 1 to 3 minutes, take a 30-second break, then repeat for up to six minutes total before calling it a day."

She Indulges On Weekends

Ray naturally tries to eat healthy. However, she also believes in indulging. "On the weekends, and on some weekdays, too, I also like to have a drink — typically, tequila — and whatever else I'm craving," she writes on her website. "If I want a slice of pizza, I have a slice of pizza. I want to look good, but I also want to enjoy life."
