She Works Out At Least Five Days A Week
Chauhan opened up about her wellness, lifestyle, and health secrets in an interview with the Times of India. Chauhan revealed that she makes working out a priority in her schedule. She says that she aims to work out at least five times a week. "I enjoy working out, as it's totally refreshing. In fact, I make it a point to hit the gym at least five times a week. I make all possible efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle."
She Mixes Cardio and Weight Training
In her interview with the Times of India, Chauhan also talked about what types of exercises she likes to do. She says that she likes to mix up her workouts in order to focus on different things and body parts. Chauhan says her go-to combination is alternating days for cardio workouts and strength training workouts. "While three days are dedicated to weight training, the remaining two days are booked for cardio work out."
She Doesn't Go Hungry
In her Times of India, Chauhan also talked about her diet, and her approaches to eating. She said that she doesn't believe in going hungry or starving herself, and that she aims to eat regularly. "I never starve myself. I think starving and dieting are unnecessary and wrong practices. If you eat at the right time, at regular intervals, there is no reason to worry. I eat six small meals every two hours."
She Makes Time To Unwind
Chauhan says to the Times of India that she makes self-care a major priority. She says that she likes to do a lot of different things to relax after she gets off work. "After a long day of work I love listening to music. It instantly energizes me and the stress and fatigue vanishes in no time. Besides this, a nice relaxing bath does the trick too. Sometimes, I even go to a spa for a body massage. It is absolutely de-stressing."
She Eats To Keep Her Skin Healthy
Chauhan has gorgeous skin, and she tells the Times of India, that her diet and lifestyle choices help keep it healthy. "What we consume has a direct impact on our skin health. I make it a point to drink lots of water to keep my skin hydrated and I try to keep my diet as clean as possible with salads and fruits and my skin loves that."
She Starts Her Day With Fruits and Vegetables
Chauhan makes sure that she eats enough fruits and vegetables each day. And she makes sure to start early. She tells the Times of India that she likes to eats fruits and vegetables for breakfast. "I normally begin my day with some fruits and veggies and an apple, beetroot and carrot (ABC) juice. I've been following this for years and trust me, it does wonders!"
