One way Latjuba loves to stay in shape is by practicing yoga. She has posted several photos and videos on Instagram of herself doing different poses. She posted this yoga video, captioning it, “Get your groove back.” She also posted this video of herself doing some poses, while her dogs played near her. Latjuba captioned the post, “The question is can you stay calm in the midst of a (dog) storm? I always, always move slow in my practices. For me personally, moving slow is far more effective than rushing and pumping. It trains my mind to stay in the present moment, and it also keeps me more aware of my each of my body parts and muscles."
2. She Practices Meditation

Latjuba also loves to practice meditation. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself in a lotus pose, meditating. She also revealed in the caption, the effect meditation has had on her. “In my opinion, meditation is an important activity that needs to be done to stay healthy and stay sane, especially in times like today.”
3. She Takes Care Of Her Health

In the same Instagram post, Latjuba revealed that she has a health condition. She writes that she takes care of herself and makes sure to get checked up regularly. “I will also regularly check-up on my health so that later I will be more aware of my health condition. The place that I often use as a destination for medical check-ups is Malaysia. Personally, I feel that the treatment there is relatively affordable with a distance that is certainly not too far away. Malaysia itself has a lot of highly qualified doctors and is accompanied by friendly health workers who are very good at solving the various health problems that we have.”
4. She Spends Time Outside
Latjuba loves to spend time outside, and has posted several photos of herself doing this on Instagram. She posted this photo of herself going hiking in the woods, captioning it, “Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt. -John Muir.” She also posted a photo of herself enjoying time by a lake, captioning it, “I wish this were my backyard.”
