Choudry loves to dance, and has posted videos of herself dancing on her Instagram account and on her TikTok page. She posted this Instagram reel of herself and her friends dancing to a Nicki Minaj song. She captioned it, “Just bummin’ around with my girls.”
2. She Does Pilates

Choudry is open about her love of practicing Pilates, and she has previously spoken at India’s annual Pilates Festival. She posted this humorous video on Instagram of herself holding a Pilates stretch while using a reformer.
3. She’s Consistent
The main secret to Choudry’s wellness routine? Consistency. She spoke about the importance of it at the 3rd Annual Pilates Festival of India. She said, “My motto has always been consistency. I feel fitness has to be a part of your lifestyle and it should come naturally to yourself. Then, you will not find it difficult and you will not treat it as a chore. I feel one should work out every day -- whether it is dance, yoga, swimming or anything else, make it a part of your life.”
4. She Doesn’t Believe In Extreme Dieting

At the same event, Choudry also denounced extreme wellness routines, particularly restrictive diets and intense workouts. "I don't believe in extreme dieting or extreme workouts,” she said.
