TV host and podcaster Stacey Solomon is celebrating her bachelorette party. She made sure to take some gorgeous photos of the occasion for Instagram. In a recent post, Solomon posed by the water in a white bathing suit with a sheer wrap skirt, a veil, and a sash that said “Bride.” She captioned the post, “It’s my hen do. Honestly I’ve never felt so special. I love you girls. Even if you did make me travel across the Mediterranean Sea dressed as a giant green pickle. Thank you all for your beautiful messages today. 1. She Spends Time With Her Family
Solomon has a busy schedule, so she values her free time. She tells Closer that she likes to spend most of her free time with her kids and her fiance. “Family is so important to me, so any free time I have is spent with them. I love getting home, putting on a pair of PJs and catching up with the boys and Joe.”
2. She Eats Dinners With Her Family
One family activity Solomon likes to do is eat dinner together. She tells Closer that she likes to cook a lot of her family’s meals, and that she makes sure no one is on their phones at the table. “We have a ‘no phones at the table’ rule so that we can fully focus on chatting to one another during dinner. I'm the chef of the house and love making meals from scratch.”
3. She Lives A Busy Life

After four kids, many want to know Solomon’s weight loss secrets. However, she tells Closer that it didn’t come from working out. She admits that her busy lifestyle is what keeps her active. “People assume everyone goes to the gym these days, but I hardly ever exercise, running around after the kids all day and hoovering the house is enough of a workout for me.”
4. She Loves Spinach

Solomon makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed to Closer that she loves eating spinach and other greens in her diet, and she found that it helped her lose weight after having a baby. “I love spinach. I really crave it and eat it nearly every day, so that’s really helped with losing my baby weight. Anything green and I’ll wolf it down.”
5. She’s Grateful

After having her fourth child, Solomon revealed on Instagram that she wasn’t always comfortable with her body. However, she says that she is grateful for how she looks, and is doing things to build her confidence up in those insecure moments. "I had a little moment getting ready for swimming where I felt a little bit insecure. Then I remembered how grateful I am that my body has grown the loves of my life."
