Stacey maintains that her family keeps her fit. "I spend the morning doing housework," she revealed during an interview with Closer. "People assume everyone goes to the gym these days, but I hardly ever exercise, running around after the kids all day and hoovering the house is enough of a workout for me."
She Loves Spinach
Stacey's secret weight loss food? "I love spinach," she confessed to Closer when asked about her post pregnancy diet. "I really crave it and eat it nearly every day, so that's really helped with losing my baby weight. Anything green and I'll wolf it down."

Stacey, who is a self-proclaimed foodie, refuses to crash diet. She told Closer that she "hates" when she sees new moms obsessing over losing baby weight right after giving birth. "It's not the most important thing – especially when you have a baby to take care of," she explains.

Stacey likes to promote a "normal" body shape and isn't setting unrealistic goals. "I am really lucky because I have great friends and family around me who don't care what I look like and take me, lumps and all," she told Closer. "There are more important things to worry about than looking a certain way. I don't understand why normal doesn't sell."
She Keeps Healthy Food Labeled and Prepped
Stacey's refrigerator is incredibly organized with plastic labeled containers. She even chops vegetables ahead of time, labeling them for the night she will be cooking them. This way she can make home cooked healthy meals for her family in less time.
