Keibler is all about living an organic life. She shared her reasons for doing so in an interview with Organic Spa Magazine. "I had always loved the fitness side of health and wellness, but was never into the diet and nutrition piece until I had health issues. Suddenly, I had an awakening and decided that I wanted to heal everything in a holistic manner."
She Helps The Environment
Keibler is passionate about helping the environment, and that extends to her business. "At Caldera + Lab, we hold ourselves to high standards of environmental impact," she told Organic Spa Magazine. "Since we had children, we've become more conscious about what is happening with global warming. We want our children and their children to have the same quality of environment that we grew up with."
She Sets Realistic Goals
In her Organic Spa Magazine interview, Keibler shared some of her wellness tips. She says that she likes to set a goal each week, and that she makes sure it is something she can accomplish. "Set one realistic health/wellness goal each week, such as meditation, a workout or practicing mindfulness—something that you can accomplish that will make you feel YOUR best."
She Eats Healthy
Keibler makes sure to eat healthy. She shared her tips for doing so in her Organic Spa Magazine interview. "Prioritize nutrition so you can feel your best. It's important to me that I eat organic nourishing foods with minimally processed ingredients and added sugars. Since I eliminated dairy, sugar and gluten from my diet, I have never felt better in my life. Try eliminating items from your diet that don't nourish your body, mind and soul."
She Does A Variety of Workouts
Keibler lives an active life. She shared some of her favorite workouts in a 2013 interview with E! News. Keibler says that she does a variety of things to keep herself in shape. "I go to Barry's Bootcamp, I spin, I hike, I do Pilates, I go down to the beach, I try to mix it up so I never get bored. Even if it's just doing jumping jacks for 10 minutes at home, it's important to keep your body moving."
