She Hikes

Tang is an avid hiker. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself hiking. She posted this photo of herself on a mountain. Tang captioned it, "Today I finished the #全民揹水 15 km trail I met quite a few other people who added along the way. The weather is not too hot today, and I walked very comfortably (I still fell down the mountain and my legs hurt)."

She Does Karate

Tang had to do a lot of training for her role in The Empty Hands. The role required her to do a lot of martial arts. Tang tells Eastern Kicks that she did a lot of karate. "I myself didn't understand the significance when I first received the script. But as soon as I started training I began understanding the special meanings behind karate."

She Works Out Her Arms

Tang makes sure to work out her arms. She does yoga classes that help build arm strength. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself balancing on her arms. She Meditates

Tang likes to practice meditation. She opened up about the impact it has had on her in the caption of this Instagram post. "Is the core of the heart really balanced? It's only clear when you sit in meditation. My teacher taught me, 'Do a little, do a little, every day, and become a tower of the sand.' Give yourself a shot every day to encourage yourself to become the best company for yourself. It's been over 21 days of a person not giving up."
