In one of her Instagram Stories she shows off her breakfast, protein pancakes topped with strawberries. “Confused how it’s healthy & this good,” she captioned the post. For lunch she might eat grilled chicken with cauliflower rice and guacamole, quinoa, and black beans. And for dinner, a check caesar sald with couscous.

According to Sumner, if she does too much ab work her waist looks bigger. In one before and after she revealed that she used to do ab work four times a week, but now that she only does it once, her waist looks “smaller by quite a bit.”
