1. Raven Bowens

Pasadena,,Ca,Usa,-,June,24,,2022.,Raven,Bowens,AttendsShutterstock

Raven Bowens plays the character Chanel Dupree. She talked about her wellness secrets with Soap Opera Digest. Bowens revealed her typical diet, and she eats pretty healthy. “I’ll have a green tea in the morning. When I’m working, I’m usually rushing, so I’ll have a spinach, egg white, feta and sun-dried tomato wrap that I get at Starbucks. For lunch, when I’m working, I’ll go to the Whole Foods across the street. I’ll usually have chicken and broccoli — that’s the vegetable that I love — and probably potatoes, too. I’ll either have that or a turkey bacon avocado sandwich on ciabatta. A typical dinner on a good day is chicken, rice and vegetables, or salmon, rice and vegetables. For snacks, I like Tosi SuperBites; the cashew coconut ones. They sell them at Whole Foods. I also always have almonds in my dressing room and mixed nuts with cranberries.”

2. Lauren Koslow

Lauren,Koslow,Attends,87th,Annual,Hollywood,Christmas,Parade,On,HollywoodShutterstock

Lauren Koslow plays the role of Kate Roberts. She and her co-stars shared their diet and exercise tips with Soap Opera Digest. “In terms of exercise and diet, I find it helps to think in terms of health and wellness and not necessarily in terms of weight,” Koslow said. “Make it a decision to be in the most healthy condition that you can be in. Some of the tips along that line, especially if you’re thinking about a plant-based or more healthy diet, is when you’re at the supermarket, read labels. Also, try to shop the outside aisles of the market, where they have fruits and vegetables, and stay away from processed foods. Try to shop organic, when you can, or sustainable or local.”

3. Camila Banus

Camila,Banus,Attends,The,4th,Annual,Roger,Neal,Oscar,ViewingShutterstock

Camila Banus plays Gabi Hernandez. She also shared her fitness secrets with Soap Opera Digest. “I’ve noticed my workouts are far more effective, if I write out a list. For some, it may be on their phone. For some, it may be on their tablet. I personally like to have a paper written out with little boxes I can check off as soon as I get that exercise done. I feel super-complete and super-rewarded that I finished my workout for the day.”

4. Jessica Serfaty

Jessica,Serfaty,Attends,Boohoo.com,"all,That,Glitters",Launch,Party,AtShutterstock

Jessica Sefaty plays Sloan Petersen. She talked about her workout secrets with Soap Opera Digest. “I have a trainer, and I love doing Pilates and hot yoga; I like taking dance, boxing and spin classes. I’m in and out of the gym in an hour. It’s an easy goal. You can do almost anything with resistance bands. Ankle weights are also good. That’s all you need if you’re going to do something at your house.”

5. Carson Boatman

Beverly,Hills,,Ca,Usa,-,May,17,,2023:,Carson,BoatmanShutterstock

Carson Boatman plays Johnny DiMera on the show. He talked about his fitness routine with Soap Opera Digest. “I used to go to the gym six days a week and was working one-to-two muscle groups a day, lifting [weights] pretty heavy and intensely. I’m trying to lean down a bit, lose a little bit of mass. So I’m working out four days a week, maybe five, and instead of isolating muscle groups, every workout is more full body mixed with a little HIIT cardio. It stands for high intensity interval training.”

6. Aketra Sevillian

Aketra Sevillian plays Talia Hunter on the show. She shared her secrets for working out on a consistent basis with Soap Opera Digest. “It helps to set goals and start off small. Try to do 30 minutes a day in the gym, or go three times a week. Don’t try to go every day and stay for an hour. That’s not going to make it fun. Try to make the gym fun, because if you make it fun, you’ll want to go back. I try to keep it simple. If I can’t get to see my trainer, I have a gym at my apartment. I’ll go down for a few minutes, get on the treadmill and listen to a podcast or an audio book. I also have a dog, Zola. She helps keep me active for sure. I have to take her on walks every day. Make exercise fun and set two realistic goals for yourself a month, and try to help keep yourself accountable. Also, grab a partner. Grab a friend. Working out with somebody is always fun.”

7. Christopher Sean

Christopher,Sean,Attends,19th,Annual,Unforgettable,Gala,At,The,Beverly

Christopher Sean plays the role of Paul Narita, and returned to the series this year. He tells Soap Opera Digest that he likes to switch up his workouts. “Monday through Friday, I do different push-and-pull exercises. Yesterday I did shoulders and back. Today, I’ll be doing biceps and back. The reason I’m changing the exercises every week is because it’s something known as ‘muscle confusion’. The body adapts so quickly that the best transformations happen with the most uncomfortability. So you must continuously shock your body and keep it uncomfortable.”

8. Remington Hoffman

Los,Angeles,,Ca,Usa,-,October,21,,2023.,Remington,HoffmanShutterstock

Remington Hoffman plays the role of Li Shin. He tells Soap Opera Digest that swimming is one of his favorite exercises. “I swim laps for about 45 minutes to an hour once a week. When I’m doing really well, I do that two or three times a week. If anybody wants to do something that’s more simple to generally get into good shape, I would say that swimming is definitely number one. You get a sort of runner’s high, a rush of endorphins. Also, you’re less likely to get injured in a pool than doing any other sport, which is really important if you want to lose weight or be in shape long-term. It builds lean muscle. It burns fat. It’s also a cardiovascular activity that uses your full body.”

9. Brandon Beemer

Hollywood,,Ca,Usa,-,June,10,,2022:,Brandon,Beemer,AttendsShutterstock

Brandon Beemer played Sean Douglas Brady on the show. He talked about his approach to diet and eating to Soap Opera Digest. “What you put into your body, you have to put out in energy and activity. That’s how I keep a balance. If I want to eat bad, I feel like I have to earn it before I decide to eat bad, instead of saying, ‘I need to work it off’ after I eat something [unhealthy]. So get ahead of it first and earn it.”

10. Galen Gering

Galen,Gering,Attends,l,Celebrity,GolfShutterstock

Galen Gering plays the role of Rafe Hernandez on the show. He shared his diet secrets with Soap Opera Digest. “One of the other main keys for me is not eating past 7:00 at night, and I’ll eat a light dinner. Then I’ll usually wake up hungry, which is great, and I’ll have a good breakfast. And you want to eat healthy, clean food, obviously. You don’t want to be putting fried or processed food in your body. It’s not only full of saturated fats, but it’s going to slow your machine down. We don’t want that. We want our metabolism to rev up. We want to put things that are natural into our body.”

11. Eric Martsoff

7th Annual Hack N' Smack Celebrity Golf TournamentJohn M. Heller/Getty Images

Eric Martsoff plays the role of Brady Black. He shared some of his wellness secrets in an interview with Soap Opera Digest. “I don’t believe in diets,” Martsoff said. “I don’t believe in depriving yourself of anything. I’m a believer in moderation, which means I enjoy my cocktail at night, but I pay for it in the morning during my workout.”

12. Victoria Konefal

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,Sept,21,,2019:,Victoria,Konefal,AttendsShutterstock

Victoria Konefal played Ciara Brady on the show. She shared her workout secrets with Soap Opera Digest. “I go to the gym every day for at least an hour. I hate cardio, so my go-to for that is the Stairmaster, because it gets my cardio done very quickly. It also works out my quads and my glutes, so it’s two birds with one stone. When I get to the gym, I head to that machine first. Then I play around with free weights. It also depends on what I’m focusing on that day, whether it’s a leg day or arm day or ab day. I switch up the routine. For leg day, I do variations of squats and dead lifts. For arms, I’ll do kickboxing — that’s always good, or the rowing machine or pull-ups and push-ups. For abs, I do the Ab Ripper X, which is an online video for abs, specifically. It’s 15 minutes and over 300 different ab movements.”

13. Abigail Klein

Pasadena,,Ca,Usa,-,June,24,,2022.,Abigail,Klein,AttendsShutterstock

Abigail Klein is the latest actress to play Stephanie Johnson. She talked about her workout secrets with Soap Opera Digest. “I love doing at-home Pilates. I subscribe to this Pilates instructor, Tasha Franken. I try to do a Pilates video three or four times a week. If I have a lot of energy, I’ll do a 40-minute one. If I’m waiting for dinner to cook and just have a little energy, I’ll do a 10-minute ab routine. I find that so much less daunting than going to a gym and figuring out what all the equipment is. Also, every day I like to do a long walk. I also just bought one of those little mini stair steppers. Now that it’s colder and the sun is setting earlier, on days when I’m getting home from work late, I can throw on my TV and do a little [stairstepping workout].”

14. Linsey Godfrey

Burbank,,Ca,Usa,-,March,5,,2022:,Actress,Linsey,GodfreyShutterstock

Linsey Godfrey is the most recent actress to play Sarah Horton. Godfrey is open about her mental health and having bipolar disorder. In a video, she said that she wanted to reduce the stigma around bipolar and other mental health disorders. “There is such a terrible stigma around those of us that may deal with mental health disorders. We aren’t broken, we aren’t unhinged, our brains just work differently. We aren’t any less capable of being anything that a person without these or any other disorders can be.”

15. Arianne Zucker

Los,Angeles,-,May,1:,Arianne,Zucker,At,The,2019Shutterstock

Arianne Zucker has played Nicole Walker since 1998. She also has her own website and blog. In this post, Zucker talked about her fitness. “I will share this with you. I can't stand the gym. I will do anything else, but go to the gym. I did work out with an amazing trainer for 3 years, so that he taught me a lot. I bought my own weights for home, so I could at least work out my arms while watching a movie or listening to a great podcast like Everything From A to Z. Shameless plug. I also just recently started working out with a system called TAPfit. It's like these taps shoes that fit over your work out shoes and you can do a tap dance work out with it. I love tap dancing and I thought this was a fun way for me to do both.”

Suits star Sharon Leal isn’t afraid to improvise when she needs some pool time and there are no pools around to jump into and cool off. The 51-year-old actress shared a picture of herself chilling out in a children’s paddling pool, wearing a striped swimsuit while sipping on a margarita. “Is there room in the kiddie pool? Of course there is,” she captioned the post. “Share that suit maker stat.. you look beyond!” a fan commented. Here’s how the stunning actress makes 51 look like 30.

1. No Crazy Diets

Leal refuses to eliminate food groups or follow restrictive diets. “I love to eat. I love to travel,” she says. “Food is one of my favorite things. It’s always a sacrifice when I have to give up the things that I love. So, I’ve given up on cutting things out. Moderation is the key. I’ve given up on being a size 2 again. At a certain age it becomes more about health, and you aren’t driven from the vanity factor. It becomes more so about driving away stress! The big thing for me is working out. When you work out, you feel better. A good workout is a good way to remove any anxiety or stress from the body. Just an hour of sweating takes off a lot of stress for me.”

2. How She Stays Fit

Leal focuses on dance, kickboxing, and Pilates to stay fit. “I took to it because I felt like it was a graceful sport, kickboxing in general,” she says. “I got a good workout. I like feeling strong more than I like feeling thin. I like feeling like I can handle myself and feeling strong. So, I think I was attracted to boxing because it was sort of the epitome of the female’s strength – like learning how to spar with another person. It was just a hobby that I was really into. I still do a little bit of that now, but now I switched over to Pilates and I’m still taking dance classes, again, all in the spirit of being fit and strong.”

3. Frequency Healing

Infinite,Healing,Words,-,Healer's,Open,Palms,Reaching,Up,WithShutterstock

Leal is a proponent of alternative wellness. “I’ve recently been getting into frequency healing,” she says. “I do yoga on my own. I’ll put on frequencies and the concepts. There are different frequencies for different things, for anxiety, for spiritual growth, for sleep, etc. There is something called the miracle tone. So, that’s something that I am heavily into and that I feel has kept me really balanced and connected. It’s a good way to self heal and a very natural way by just using tones. I’m a big believer in it. It has helped me a lot!”

4. Inspired By Lena Horne

Lena Horne in Stormy WeatherJohn Springer Collection/CORBIS/Corbis via Getty Images

Leal has many talented women she is inspired by. “I think that part of the reason I even began to do what I do is because I saw somebody doing it. I remember seeing Lena Horne in Stormy Weather and thinking oh my God! I wanted to be like her,” she says. “Diana Ross, Tina Turner, the seed that was planted in me early on was planted by someone else. Because of someone else’s performance, something that I saw in them moved me and inspired me. I’m still a consummate fan. If I see something, I’m affected by it the same way.”

5. The Simple Life

Leal lives a low-key life when she’s not working. “I don’t like a lot of hoopla or sitting in a makeup chair for too long,” she says. “It’s just not natural for me, although I suppose that when people see me all glammed up, they might naturally assume that that’s who I am. On the carpet we have to maintain this illusion of being really glamorous, but I couldn’t be further from that image in real life. I’m most comfortable keeping things simple.”

From Angela Bassett's hotel gym routines to Jennifer Love Hewitt's reflections on body image, and John Harlan Kim's pandemic workout regime, each star brings a different perspective. We also hear from Peter Krause about maintaining a positive attitude, Ryan Guzman's dedicated gym regimen, and Oliver Stark's vegan diet preferences.

1. Angela Bassett

Los,Angeles,,Ca.,March,08,,2023:,Angela,Bassett,At,TheShutterstock

Angela Bassett plays the lead role of Athena Grant. She shared her workout secrets in an interview with Net-A-Porter. “I’ll try to get to the hotel gym and do 30 minutes of cardio, and lift a couple of weights or something. But I’m not getting up at 4am to workout.”

2. Jennifer Love Hewitt

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,02:,Jennifer,Love,Hewitt,Arrives,ToShutterstock

Jennifer Love Hewitt joined the show in its second season, and she plays Maddie Buckley. In an interview with Vulture, she talked about previous interviews she’s had to do, and comments she’s received on her body. “I was disappointed that it was all about body stuff, because I had really worked hard in that movie to do a good job as an actress,” she said. “Now that I’m older, I think, ‘Gosh, I wish that I had known how inappropriate that was so I could have defended myself somehow or just not answered those questions.’ I laughed it off a lot of the time, and I wish maybe I hadn’t.”

3. John Harlan Kim

Los,Angeles,-,Apr,13:,John,Harlan,Kim,Arrives,ForShutterstock

John Harlan Kim plays Albert Han. He talked about his routine during the pandemic with The Sydney Morning Herald. “I wake up, knock back a few coffees, return some messages, try to get a workout in and tend to things I’d never prioritised before around the place. Like so many others, all my meetings are over video chats now, but you’re discussing these work arrangements that are surrounded by so much uncertainty, you know?”

4. Peter Krause

Peter,Krause,Attends,The,Paley,Center,For,Media's,2019,PaleyfestShutterstock

Peter Krause plays Bobby Nash on the show. He talked about having an optimistic attitude with MSP Magazine. “I feel like at my core I’m a Minnesotan. You know, I maintain certain attitudes. Like, ‘Could be worse!’ That very particularly Minnesotan thing where, whatever awful situation we’re in, we’re like, ‘Could be worse! Could be raining!’”

5. Ryan Guzman

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,16:,Ryan,Guzman,At,The,39thShutterstock

Ryan Guzman joined the show as Eddie Diaz in the second season. In 2015, while prepping for Heroes Reborn, Guzman made sure to workout. He shared his process on Instagram. "Been hittin this gym up every day, for almost three months now,” Guzman captioned a post. “I've gained 18lbs so far. I'm starting to really like the changes I see and feel. #nothingcomeseasy #progress."

6. Oliver Stark

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,04:,Oliver,Stark,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Oliver Stark plays Evan “Buck” Buckley on the show. Stark is vegan, and shared his favorite foods with Veg Out Magazine. “I’m a big fruit-eater. For as long as I can remember, fruits have been my favorite food. Pineapple, bananas, mango—the list goes on. [They’re] easy, convenient, and healthy! Oh, and delicious! Protein sources tend to be tofu, tempeh, seitan, and various protein powders (usually based around a 70/30 split of pea and rice protein powder, which a lot of ready-made powders adopt).”

7. Kenneth Choi

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,17:,Kenneth,Choi,At,The,PaleyfestShutterstock

Kenneth Choi, who plays Chimney Han, is grateful for the fan’s support. He talked about joining social media and seeing the support with HOLA USA. “I am because when you don't have that feedback constantly, you just don't know. I had a sense that people liked him through my colleagues; every now and then Oliver [Stark] would say, 'Kenny, people really love you, they want you on social media, they want to interact, they think you're wonderful.' So when I actually go on social media, it is lovely to experience that. But on the other hand, you always have to keep a distance from it. Anybody who's very successful and steps into the limelight and starts to believe their own press is in danger. You want to try to keep a modest level head and I'm someone who is rooted in midwest values, and my mother and father are always in the back of my head talking to me.”

8. Rockmond Dunbar

Rockmond,Dunbar,Attends,The,Paley,Center,For,Media's,2019,PaleyfestShutterstock

Rockmond Dunbar plays Michael Grant on the show. He shared how he stays consistent and motivated with workouts to Muscle and Fitness. “I listen to guys like Kendrick Lamar when I work out, but when I’m on the elliptical, I watch motivational videos on YouTube. It’s all about positive thinking and pushing out negativity. If you want to be successful, don’t seek success. Wake up every day with a purpose, and be consistent and persistent in pursuit of that purpose. You can take breaks, you can go on sabbatical, but don’t ever give up.”

9. Connie Britton

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,August,18,,2015:,Connie,Britton,AtShutterstock

Connie Britton played Abby Clark on the show’s first season. She talked about her wellness with Health Magazine. “Meditation has been a big part of my adult life — meditation, breathing, and connecting to whatever is my own version of my center,” she said. “It can be 10 minutes; it can be in the car while I’m driving or just taking a deep breath before I’m about to shoot a scene. It’s about going deeper than the external noise. To me, that’s a really important tool. And I really believe it helps with wrinkles. We can change our body chemistry through meditation.”

10. Tracie Thoms

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,9:,Tracie,Thoms,At,The,PremiereShutterstock

Tracie Thoms talked about how she relates to her character, Karen Wilson, to TVLine. “I used to be very Type A and buttoned-up,” she says. “I graduated summa cum laude from Howard University with a 3.96 GPA. I was very, very strict with myself. I was very much like Karen. I understand her. But things happen in life that teach you not to sweat the small stuff. It was fun that this was Karen’s journey, but also mine. It was fun to see how far I’ve come, and how far she has come in terms of how she views the world and learned to let love into her life in a way that she wasn’t able to do even 10 years ago.”

1. She’s a Dancer

Schlaepfer is an accomplished ballet dancer. “Dancing is mainly linked to physical health benefits, but when you dance you are moving different parts of your body in a coordinated way, and this activates several parts of the brain,” says the British Heart Foundation. “One small study even found that dancing is associated with a lower risk of dementia.”

2. Horse Riding

Luckily for someone starring in a Yellowstone prequel, Schlaepfer is comfortable and confident on horseback. “Horse riders are strongly motivated to take part in riding by the sense of well-being they gain from interacting with horses,” according to researchers from the University of Brighton. “This important positive psychological interaction with an animal occurs in a very few sports.”

3. Swimming

Schlaepfer is a good swimmer, which is helpful when she has to shoot scenes in deep water. “Just 30 minutes of swimming three times a week alongside a balanced, healthy diet and lifestyle is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy and maintain a positive mental outlook,” says Swim England. “Do it with friends, and it’s even more fun!”

4. World Travel

21st Annual Warner Bros. And InStyle Golden Globe After Party - ArrivalsGregg DeGuire/WireImage

Research shows travel offers many health benefits, and Schlaepfer is lucky to travel for work. “We were only in Montana for cowboy camp, and then they shipped us off,” she says. “We started in Salt Lake City for a couple of days to film with the live leopard for episode 1. I was on set every day because I was so excited to get started and then we went to South Africa, like all over South Africa. We were in Cape Town, Durban, Limpopo. We were out in the bush for a while. Then we flew up to Kenya for all of the Zanzibar beach stuff. Then we went to Malta for the water tank, and then we ended in Long Beach, California, on the Queen Mary for episode 8.”

5. Family On Set

Schlaepfer has bonded with her castmates and considers them a second family. “The whole cast really gets along,” she says. “We have created a family. And I know sometimes people say that about their cast, but we really have separation anxiety when we're away from each other. We get together as much as humanly possible.”

Serna loves swimming, especially with her daughter. "Because the activity is less weight-bearing, certain groups of people can take advantage of it if they want to be active,” says Brian Wright, associate professor of kinesiology at DePauw University. “One can also continue to do it late into one's age, as opposed to weight-bearing activities like running.”

3. Building Strength

Serna says building strength makes her feel powerful and full of energy. “Feeling strong, that's the question,” she captioned a post. “When exercising I am not motivated by the fact that I have more or less volume, when I get on the move, what really drives me is the feeling of vitality, that's what I like, and you? 👊🏼.”

4. Music During Workouts

Serna loves listening to music to help boost her workouts. “Music… seems to reduce people’s feeling of how much they are exerting themselves,” says Art Markman PhD. “That is, at the same level of intensity of activity, listening to music can make you feel like you are exerting less effort than you would feel without music. Some studies have also shown that when athletes are free to set their own exertion level, they are willing to exercise more intensely with music than without.”

5. Fruit and Oatmeal

Serna’s go-to breakfast is fresh fruit and oatmeal. “There are always ways to make things unhealthy, and that’s what we see with a lot of instant oatmeal,” says Beth Czerwony, RD. “Food manufacturers will add sugar — a LOT of sugar — to make them taste better. Check the nutritional label and look for added sugars. If you see them, look for another option.”

Giulia Arena first made waves when she won the 2013 Miss Italia pageant. Since then, she’s become a successful actress, TV host, and model. Arena recently took a trip to the Maldives. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach. In them, Arena is seen in a white swimsuit. She captioned the post, “Native habitat.”

Biking

Giulia enjoys cycling. During her trip to the Maldives Giulia went bike riding. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Reading

Giulia is also a fan of books. In the Maldives, she took some time to relax and read. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Snorkeling

Giulia snorkels, recently discovering the “Sea Lung,” she revealed in a post. “It reaches 60cm long with a weight of almost 10kg, and represents the largest medusa of the Mediterranean. I don’t know why, but I have always experienced the charm of Jellyfish: creatures that are essentially simple and yet capable of surviving entire geological epochs floating, light and slow, between the currents. She, remains one of the most beautiful sights of this summer.” Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Coffee

Giulia is a coffee drinker. She especially likes shots of espresso. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Yoga

Giulia is a yogi. Here she is doing yoga. There are many reasons to do yoga, according to Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.
