1. She Takes Care Of Her Heart Disease

Lucci revealed to People that she had shockingly developed heart disease, mainly blockage in her artery, despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle. “I didn’t realize how serious it was until I asked to go home and come back the next day for the procedure and my doctor said ‘You’re not leaving. You can have a heart attack at any time.'” Despite this, Lucci is not letting this stop her, and wants to help other women out. “I want to do some good with what I’ve been through,” says Lucci. “If I can help in any real way, I want to. Everyone’s symptoms are different but I felt compelled to share mine. Even if it’s one person I help, that’s someone’s life.”

2. She Works Out Six Days A Week

Lucci tells Women’s Health that she works out a lot, usually six days a week, with one day of rest. Working out six days a week can be challenging and tiring, but not for Lucci. "I try to take one day off, because you're supposed to take a day off," she says. "But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it."

3. She Starts Her Workouts Early

When does Lucci find the time to workout? Usually first thing in the morning, which she says is really effective for her. "I like to work out first thing in the morning," she says to Women’s Health. "Because then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself."

4. She Loves Pilates

Lucci is open about her love of Pilates, and even posted a photo on Instagram of herself working out with the Pilates Pro Chair. She wrote in the caption, “Working out like a banshee today on my Pilates Pro Chair.”

5. She Eats Healthy

Lucci says that she tries to eat healthy, but admits she wasn’t always this way. She told Entertainment Tonight that working out more helped her stick to a healthy diet. "Before I was working out, if somebody told me that I would actually choose fruit over french fries, I would never believe them."
