Sydney Sweeney is having a moment. Despite being only 26, she’s starred in some of the most popular shows.—she rose to fame in 2019, playing Cassie Howard in Euphoria, where she was nominated for an Emmy. Sweeney also appeared in the first season of The White Lotus, getting another Emmy nomination. And her latest hit film, Anyone But You, proves the rom-com is back. Sweeney is currently in Australia and shared a swimsuit selfie on her Instagram story yesterday. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sydney Sweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She’s More Confident

Sweeney revealed in an interview with Vogue that she struggled with acne growing up, and this was a big insecurity for her. She says that she has learned to accept herself and not care too much about acne. “I wish that I could tell my 16 self-conscious self that it’s just a journey, and just love yourself more than what your skin tells you. Honestly, happiness shines through anything, and people can see what’s inside. And acne goes away.”

2. She Uses Sunscreen

Sweeney shared some of her skincare secrets in an interview with W Magazine. In it, she says that she has a partnership with Laneige, and that their sunscreen is an important part of her skincare routine. “I just started using their sunscreen. It is so incredible. The UV index in Australia is insane, but I was the only cast member who didn’t get burnt. Everyone’s like, what sunscreen did you use?!”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Sweeney broke down her skincare routine in her W Magazine interview. “I always put on the Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Serum, and then I’ll put on the Cream Moisturizer. I use the eye cream morning and night; I think that’s really important to do. I also put eye gels on, over the eye cream, to let it soak in. Then, I ice roll my face to depuff it. And usually, I’m ice rolling all the way to work. Oh, and I finish with sunscreen. Don’t forget sunscreen after an ice roll session—very important.”

4. She Ice Rolls

Sweeney tells W Magazine that ice rolling has become an important part of her skincare routine. “Honestly, the ice rolling has become a good moment for me. I definitely portrayed ice rolling in a crazy moment for Cassie on Euphoria, but for me, it’s very relaxing. It just wakes me up and gets me ready for the day. It also gives me a moment for myself. So it’s a staple of my routine.”

5. She Drinks Water

Sweeney makes sure to stay hydrated. In her W Magazine interview, she was asked what her biggest beauty tip is. Sweeney answered, “To drink water. I don’t know who told me, but I really believe in it, because I’ve always struggled with bad cystic acne. I notice the more water I drink and the cleaner I eat, my skin is always thanking me for it…I love and only drink water.”

Sweeney revealed to Marie Claire that while she was in high school, she trained in MMA, and wasn’t afraid to throw down with the boys. “Those guys were probably saying, ‘Oh, we didn’t want to hurt her,’” Sweeney said. “But they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!”

2. She Keeps Her Skin Care Simple

Sweeney is known for her pale complexion, and she makes sure to take good care of her skin and face. Sweeney says to Marie Claire that her sensitivities force her to keep her skincare routine simple, and she has to be careful about what she puts on her face. “I actually have such sensitive skin that I only wash my face with water and then I use some Mario Badescu facial spray with rosewater. I have a mini bottle in my bag and then a giant one in my bathroom.”

3. She Spends A Lot of Time On The Water

Sweeney is a big fan of going to the beach, and loves to go boating, and lounge in the sun. She has a lot of photos of herself spending time on the beach.

4. She’s All About Self-Love

2021 LACMA Art+Film GalaRobert Smith/Getty Images

Sweeney tells Yahoo Life that spending time in the public eye has caused her to start to accept her body a lot more. She says, "It is your body and there are some people looking at it, but at the same time, something that I've really started telling myself is this is the one body I'll have for the rest of my life. And it does so much for me and I need to appreciate it and I need to love it because I'm not going to get another one. So I'm just kind of loving myself more and thanking my body for everything it does. And sure, more people than myself get to look at it in my profession. And I hope that the love that I have for my body and the thanks that I give to myself inspires other people to be like, I need to approach myself that way too, because I think loving yourself is number one before you can actually love anyone else.”

5. She Only Drinks Water

Sweeney revealed to Bustle that she loves water, and drinks a lot of it each day, and not other fluids. “I only drink water — for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing.”

The White Lotus star Sydney Sweeney is sharing pictures from an amazing vacation in Ibiza, Spain. Sweeney, 25, posted images and videos from her trip, including ones of her posing in a black bathing suit on a luxury yacht with friends, and dancing in a club. “Dream week photo dump 🥰,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Sweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Berries and Croissants

Sweeney enjoys antioxidant-packed berries for breakfast. “It changes, but I like to start the day with berries,” she says. “Right now, I’m really into this croissant toast that I eat with cinnamon sugar and honey butter. I have never even tried coffee. I only drink water — for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing.”

2. Walking Workouts

Sweeney loves taking long walks with her dog. “I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day,” she says. “We’ll do a 2-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can. If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run. If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one. Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.”

3. Self-Confidence

Sweeney embraces her feelings and tires to manage negative thoughts. “Some days I will feel great and some days I don’t want to get out of bed, and I think that it’s OK if you feel both ways… And sometimes I’m not happy with myself or something just doesn’t feel right,” she says. “I think it’s important for everyone to know that everyone has feelings, and it’s OK if you don’t feel confident one day, but just know that you’re beautiful, no matter what.”

4. Drinking Lots of Water

Set,Of,Plastic,Water,Bottles,On,A,Blue,BackgroundShutterstock

Sweeney started focusing on drinking enough water early in life due to her sugar addiction. “I am kind of addicted to sugar. I love candy, and I love sweets. And because of that I was like, ‘Okay, if I drink water it'll balance it out.’ That's kind of been my justification for eating desserts and candy. It's like I have a healthy balance there,” she says. “And it's so good because then I started getting older, and I realized drinking water is great for your skin, and it's great for you as a person and your body and it's healthy. So it was a good thing my younger self started. I thank young Syd on the daily.”

5. Bath Night For Self-Care

Sweeney makes sure to carve out time for much-needed self-care. “I’ll have a bath night,” she says. “I put on a face mask, a lip mask, add some bubbles, play classical music, light some candles, and just try to relax. I also love reading. Regarding makeup, less is more. And wear sunscreen, every day.”

Sydney Sweeney has caused quite a stir this week on the internet, first by wearing a swimsuit on Euphoria that turned heads (the waiting list to buy it, after the episode aired, was many thousands long), and this weekend she shared images of her in Maiyo London swimwear. “Your lil” sunshine emoji, she captioned them. How does the star of two hit HBO shows—she was also awesome on The White Lotus—stay so fit and together? Read on to see 6 ways Sydney Sweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Hydrates With Only Water

Sweeney drunks water—only water. Consuming enough water is crucial for unleashing the full power of your metabolism. According to a study published in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, after drinking approximately 17 ounces of water (about 2 tall glasses), participants’ metabolic rates increased by 30 percent. The researchers estimate that increasing water intake by 1.5 liters a day (about 6 cups) would burn an extra 17,400 calories over the course of the year—a weight loss of approximately five pounds! (Our recommendation: Add lemon to your water for an added boost.)

2. She Eats Berries for Breakfast

For breakfast, “it changes, but I like to start the day with berries,” Sweeney told Bustle. “Right now, I’m really into this croissant toast that I eat with cinnamon sugar and honey butter.” The berries are a terrific idea. It’s the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in healthy eats that lower your stress levels. Take a study from the University of Otago—it found that students who ate more fruits and vegetables also tended to feel calmer and happier. Plus, berries are packed with chemicals called polyphenols that aid weight loss and can actually stop fat from forming.

3. She Snacks on Popcorn

Cookies and ice cream make Sweeney “happy,” but she also likes popcorn, she shared on Twitter. On any meal plan, some indulgences may be necessary so you can feel balanced and alive. Allow yourself to enjoy them once in a while. Maybe that’s a pizza. Maybe that’s a burger. Maybe that’s a steaming bowl of pasta. Have a glass of wine or beer, too, if you like. Just remember: don’t overdo it. Everything in moderation.

4. This is Her Exercise Routine

“I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day,” she told Bustle. “We’ll do a 2-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can. If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run. If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one. Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.” DOGPOUND is the LA/NYC gym where Vanessa Hudgens also goes, sometimes with BFF GG Magree. Hudgens and Sweeney were spotted together at the 2020 Oscars afterparty.

5. Here’s Her Take on Self-Care

47th Annual People's Choice Awards - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

“I think self-care is a daily process. I think you can be OK one day and it's totally OK if you're not the next because I think you have to start every day new and you have to start every day trying to appreciate and love yourself, which can be difficult sometimes. Take one step at a time and try your best and just make sure you love yourself. Your body does so much for you, and I think a lot of times people forget that and how hard it works. And so taking care of yourself, grooming yourself however way makes you feel best, I think it's important,” she told Yahoo! Life.

6. Here’s Her Take on Self-Condidence

"Euphoria" Season 2 Photo CallJeff Kravitz/Getty Images

“I think it's the same as self-care, it's a daily process. Some days I will feel great and some days I don't want to get out of bed and I think that it's OK if you feel both ways. It's definitely hard because I know I'm a role model and I want to show that I am confident and I'm also a real person. And sometimes I'm not happy with myself or something just doesn't feel right. I think it's important for everyone to know that everyone's a real person and everyone has feelings and it's OK if you don't feel confident one day, but just know that you're beautiful, no matter what,” she told Yahoo! Life.

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
