Meis opened up about her diet and exercise in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that her diet is all about having balance. “I am on a 5/2 Program,” Meis revealed. “5 days a week I focus strictly on my diet. That means no sugar and only good carbs as in e.g. vegetables. The other 2 days I eat whatever I like, also chocolate, pizza or burger - whatever I like as this keeps you sane.”
2. She Goes After Her Goals

Meis is all about going after what she wants. In her Women Fitness interview, Meis was asked what advice she’d give to others/ “You should absolutely believe in yourself,” she says. “And make up your mind what you really want to achieve in life. Set your goals and stick to them, and always be yourself. Happiness comes first!”
3. She Eats Healthy

Meis revealed her favorite healthy meals in an interview with GLOSSIP. “I start with a black coffee and try to eat my breakfast around 10/10:30 a.m. so that my body has a chance to burn something beforehand. That's when I usually eat two boiled eggs, a few slices of turkey and cherry tomatoes. For lunch I eat a salad with grilled vegetables, chicken or shrimp and a light dressing. As a snack I have low-fat quark with berries, which is important to get enough protein and good carbohydrates. In the evening I love grilled fish with lots of vegetables, a bit of lettuce and avocado.”
4. She Has Discipline

Meis is all about having discipline in her life. Especially when it comes to wellness. She told Women Fitness, “I think that a disciplined lifestyle obviously helps you to be the best version of yourself. But then it all comes down to being happy and content with yourself because that is in the end what makes you beautiful.”
5. She Swims
Meis loves to swim as a way to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Meis shared these photos of herself sitting in the ocean by the rocks in St. Barths. She captioned the post, “Enjoying island life to the fullest.” Meis also shared these photos of herself at the pool in the Maldives. Swimming has a lot of health benefits.
