She Maintains Balance with Her Diet

Sylvie is "greedy" when it comes to food, but makes sure to maintain balance. "But there's nothing free in life so I'm careful. Let's say that I alternate pleasures and frustrations (laughs). If I fall for a raclette, the next day, it's vegetables and proteins," she told Magic Maman

If She Eats More, She Exercises More

Sylvie also exercises more to compensate for extra calories. "I am not one of those people who are lucky enough to be able to eat whatever they want. When I eat chocolate, then I go running," she told the publication.

She Eats Her Biggest Meal in the Morning

Sylvie eats her biggest meal in the morning, living by the adage, "eat like a king in the morning, a prince at noon and a beggar in the evening," she told Magic Maman. For dinner she will eat a "small soup," consisting of "vegetables and starchy foods, but no protein."

She Didn't Overeat When She Was Pregnant

Sylvie watched what she ate during both pregnancies. "I didn't want to put on too much weight when I was pregnant , because I knew I wasn't able to go on a big diet afterwards. I have never managed to exceed the two days of diet! I was getting into my jeans a week after giving birth so that was great. But just because you fit into your jeans doesn't mean you get your body back," she told Magic Maman. "After two pregnancies, you lose all your tone, all your abdominal structure. It's hard to recover. During Dancing with the Stars Mrs.Pietragalla kept telling me 'you have to build muscle, strengthen your back…' while I do abs, I go running, I do sports, but after two pregnancies and at 38, it's not easy to get over it," she added.

She Gets a Massage Once a Year

"I love Thai massages. I do one a year, it's not enough. This type of massage, which works the muscles in depth, I discovered in Bangkok. We should all do it as well as foot reflexology. You offer me both and there, I really feel reborn," she told the publication.
