1. She Weight Trains
Pannu shares a lot of her favorite workouts and her fitness journey on her Instagram. One thing she likes to do is weight train. She shared these gym photos of herself using weights. Pannu captioned the post, “My Main Machine. The journey from 50 lbs (22.6 kg) to 540 lbs (244.9kg) Ya I know I am also waiting for the final video, which seems to be taking longer than what my muscles took to show up.”
2. She Loves Fresh Food

Pannu works with nutritionist, Munmun Ganeirwal, to help her eat healthy. Ganeirwal shared some of the actress’ diet secrets in an interview on Thehealthsite.com. “All her food was being freshly made. Oil is limited to cold-pressed sesame oil. She loves the traditional, cultured ghee, so that’s something I always give her in her meal plan.”
3. She Skis
Pannu does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go skiing. She shared a bunch of posts of herself on the slopes on Instagram. Another outdoor activity Pannu likes to do to stay in shape is going for runs. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself going on a run, captioning it, “Morning run to morning jumps!” Better Health states that running has a lot of benefits. “Both running and jogging are forms of aerobic exercise.
