1. She Manages Her Metabolism

Jalil opened up about her diet in an interview. In it, she revealed that she has a high metabolism. For this reason, she has to have a specific approach to eating. "My problem is that I lose weight very quickly,” she says. “So I have to diet to gain weight, I have to eat a lot"

Jalil makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her tips in the same interview. “I never drink soda,” she says. “I always have lunch with water. I prepare myself a vegetable soup with chicken broth, a roasted breast with rice and some tortillas, sometimes guacamole”
3. She Hikes
Jalil does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going hiking.
