1. She Manages Her Metabolism

Jalil opened up about her diet in an interview. In it, she revealed that she has a high metabolism. For this reason, she has to have a specific approach to eating. "My problem is that I lose weight very quickly,” she says. “So I have to diet to gain weight, I have to eat a lot"

2. She Eats Healthy

Jalil makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her tips in the same interview. “I never drink soda,” she says. “I always have lunch with water. I prepare myself a vegetable soup with chicken broth, a roasted breast with rice and some tortillas, sometimes guacamole”

3. She Hikes

Jalil does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going hiking. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and others hiking as a way to celebrate Earth Day. “Happy to explore our beautiful home 🌎🙏💕🤗 the #planet #earth dare to know, respect and feel Mother Earth #earthday. International Mother Earth Day is celebrated every April 22 and in this 2023 the theme was ‘Invest in our Planet.’ From the bottom of my heart I share with you the following loving and real projects that I know of where daily they are busy improving our planet THANK YOU.”

4. She Travels

There are many benefits of travel. "Empathy also increases when your travels thrust you into new territory. In that same study of Americans, those who’d traveled abroad showed a greater ability to suspend judgment about a person until acquiring information beyond surface qualities (age, sex, race, or ethnicity). They were also more adept at discerning whether another person’s actions reflected deep-seated personality attributes or a variety of situational factors that could be influencing their behavior," says Harvard Business Review.

5. She Gets Vitamin D From the Sun

"Although most of the health-promoting benefits of sun exposure are thought to occur through vitamin D photosynthesis, there may be other health benefits that have gone largely overlooked in the debate over how much sun is needed for good health," says one study. "Unlike other essential vitamins, which must be obtained from food, vitamin D can be synthesized in the skin through a photosynthetic reaction triggered by exposure to UVB radiation."

Argentine actress Leticia Siciliani is literally The Girl From Ipanema, based on her latest special media updates. Siciliani shared pictures of herself posing on the famous beach in Rio De Janeiro, wearing a purple bathing suit and white sunglasses. “The sea always brings wonderful things,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Siciliani stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Swim

Siciliani enjoys swimming, which is a great way to get exercise while having fun and going easy on your joints. “Swimming is one of the few activities that works your whole body,” says the British Heart Foundation. “Breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl, butterfly and even doggy paddle get your legs and arms moving. This in turn works your back and core muscles.”

2. Bath Time

Siciliani loves relaxing in a bath or hot tub. “Taking a bath has great physical and mental health benefits,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “Soaking in a tub is something many people have access to but don’t take advantage of enough. But it can be beneficial for a lot of people.”

3. Gentle Bike Rides

Siciliani rides her bike outside in the fresh air and sunshine. “Adopting physical activities like biking or running, getting regular exercise and eating lots of leafy greens, lean proteins and whole grains will help you maintain a healthy weight, lowering your cancer risk,” according to experts at Nebraska Methodist Health System.

4. Yerba Mate

Siciliani enjoys traditional South American caffeine-packed yerba mate drinks. “Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults,” says the Mayo Clinic. “That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two ‘energy shot’ drinks.”

5. Bonding With Pets

Siciliani loves animals, especially her little dog. Having a pet offers many health benefits, experts say. “Studies have shown that the bond between people and their pets is linked to several health benefits, including increased opportunities for exercise and outdoor activities; better cognitive function in older adults; and more opportunities to socialize,” says the CDC.

1. Her Family Keeps Her Healthy

Family time can be healthy. “A recent study looked at over 12,000 adults who lived with at least one family member and ate at least one family meal at home, as well as whether those family meals were home cooked and if TV shows or videos were watched during the meal. Watching fewer TV shows or videos during family meals and eating more home-cooked family meals were each associated with a lower risk of obesity,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Loves to Travel

Natalie, who is from Buenos Aires, has been seen in Paris and other far-flung locales. Try it yourself. “Women who take vacations frequently are less likely to become tense, depressed, or tired, and are more satisfied with their marriage. These personal psychological benefits that lead to increased quality of life may also lead to improved work performance,” says one study.

3. She Connects with Nature

Tired of the routine waiting to grab the car and be able to escape to connect with nature. “Cansada de la rutina esperando agarrar el auto y poder escapar para conectar con la naturaleza. Tener aventuras, movimiento, ¿jugamos? ¿A dónde te escaparías? 👀,” she said. (Roughly translated: “Have adventures, movement, do we play? Where would you run away to? 👀”)

4. She Loves to Swim and Detox

“Si se quiere ir, ¡que se vaya! Si al final te amarga todas las mañanas, se pasa más tiempo peleando que en la cama. No podés tomar, no podés bailar, no te ama• #detox #sisequiereir #sisequiereirquesevaya #desintoxicate #amor #ushuaia #ushuaiafindelmundo #2021 #2022,” she captioned a recent swim shot. (Roughly translated: “If he wants to go, let him go! If he ends up making you bitter every morning, he spends more time fighting than in bed. You can't drink, you can't dance, he doesn't love you #detox #sisequiereir #sisequiereirquesevaya #desintoxicate #amor #ushuaia #ushuaiafindelmundo #2021 #2022”)

5. She Has These Nighttime Rituals

“Mis rituales: cantar en la ducha, limpiar escuchando rock nacional, prender velas y sahumerios cuando me siento a escribir nuevas canciones y cuando me voy a la cama disfrutar del silencio antes de dormirme ¿Cuál es tu RITUAL?,” she wrote once. (Roughly translated: “My rituals: sing in the shower, clean listening to national rock, light candles and incense sticks when I sit down to write new songs and when I go to bed enjoy the silence before falling asleep. What is your RITUAL?”)

Tábata Jalil is posing on a lifeguard stand in her swimsuit. The Venga La Alegría host shows off her famous figure in a swimsuit while on the beach in her latest social media post. Be yours and no one else's,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tábata Jalil stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Her Metabolism Is Too Fast

Aladdin Play - Red CarpetMedios y Media/Getty Images

Most people dream about having a super fast metabolism. However, it’s not all that it’s cracked up to be, per Jalil. "My problem is that I lose weight very quickly so I have to diet to gain weight, I have to eat a lot,” she said on VLA. It’s important to take control now, because your metabolism peaks in your early 20s and slows itself down at a pace of around 2 percent every decade. According to some experts’ calculations, your body burns 200 fewer calories per day at the age of 45 than it did when you were 25. That means that if you didn’t change anything about your eating habits or adjust your behavior in the slightest, you’d be gaining upwards of 20 pounds a year!

2. Her Diet Is Healthy

Yo Fausto - Red CarpetMedios y Media/Getty Images

Tábata maintains a very healthy diet, starting the day with a blackberry, blueberry and cherries smoothie, breakfast of papaya, scrambled eggs with chili and flour tortillas, followed by a noon snack of oatmeal cookies and cranberry juice. “I prepare myself a vegetable soup with chicken broth, a roasted breast with rice and some tortillas, sometimes guacamole,” she said about lunch. Her afternoon snack consists of an apple or a banana to finally dine on cookies with turkey ham, olives and olive oil, always with a glass of water in hand.

3. She Hydrates

Infused,Water,With,Orange,And,Lime,In,A,BottleShutterstock

Tábata drinks a lot of water throughout the day. The first thing she has is a glass of water and continues sipping on H2O throughout the day. “I never drink soda, I always have lunch with water,” she said on VLA.

4. She Does Yoga

It is “very important to exercise,” says Tábata. She loves yoga. “Happy to share a class of urban fitness with #love a super woman full of light and good vibes ❤️ ❤️ by the way aunt and trainer of yesss #style 😉 activate your heart and exercise, meditate, breathe live 💫😍 #sport Home sweet home sweet home,” she captioned a post of herself at yoga class.

5. She Eats Small Portions

Eating the right portion size is key, per Tábata. “Use the palm of your hand for portions of food and give the body what it asks for,” she said on VLA. "Many foods match up to everyday objects. For example, a medium pepper is about the size of a baseball and equals one vegetable serving. While not all foods match visual cues, this method can help you become better at gauging serving sizes and practicing portion control," says Mayo Clinic.

Mexican TV star Tabata Jalil is enjoying a luxurious getaway at the Unico Hotel Riviera Maya resort in sunny Mexico. Jalil, 44, shared vacation pictures of herself on social media, posing in a green bikini against a background of beautiful blue skies. “Dance in the air and travel in the sky, sun kisses ✨,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Jalil stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. Healthy Whole Foods

Jalil starts the day with a glass of water and a fruit smoothie, before enjoying a healthy breakfast of scrambled eggs with tortillas. “I never drink soda, I always have lunch with water,” she says. “I prepare myself a vegetable soup with chicken broth, a roasted breast with rice and some tortillas, sometimes guacamole.”

2. Protein Snacks

Prosciutto,Di,Parma,With,Green,Olives,And,RosemaryShutterstock

Jalil’s co-to snack is usually ham and turkey with a side of olives, which are full of beneficial monounsaturated fat (ie the kind of fat you want for good health, along with polyunsaturated fat). “Fat isn’t the enemy,” says Devon Peart, RD, MHSc, BASc. “Some types of fat, like the fat in olives and olive oil, are actually heart healthy. Olives do what you want a snack to do: They’re good for your health and keep hunger at bay until your next meal."

3. Hiking In Nature

Jalil calls herself a nature lover, and enjoys nothing more than hiking in the great outdoors. “Exercising in nature leads to greater health benefits than performing the same activity indoors,” says the National Parks Service. “Individuals are more likely to repeat being physically active when the exercise is performed in a natural environment. Communities that are closer to nature are more likely to have stronger ties with their community members.”

4. Sunshine Lover

Jalil loves getting moderate sun exposure for her vitamin D, which is crucial for good health and happiness. “Getting some sun may also shake off the wintertime blues: Research suggests that light hitting your skin, not just your eyes, helps reverse seasonal affective disorder (SAD),” say the experts at Harvard Health. “Moreover, being outside gets us golfing, gardening, and engaging in other types of physical activity.”

5. Skating Queen

Jalil loves skating with her friends. “Since the wheels on rollerblades are aligned in a sort of ‘balance beam’ formation, you need to recruit your core and other stabilizer muscles to keep you upright,” says Marissa Miller, an ACE-certified personal trainer. “I recommend that clients establish an affinity for a certain physical activity before paying any attention to the number of calories burned. If you're sweating and breathing heavily, you'll be getting in some movement that's super beneficial for your cardiovascular, muscular and psychological fitness.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
