She also does strength and weight training in the video, including weighted squats and box jumps, “small weighted squats,” weighted lunges, weighted arm lifts, and up-downs, which she describes as “not fun.” At the end of the video she makes sure to stretch.
4. She Takes Baths
Tallia also loves taking baths. “10% Diva, 90% entertainment,” she captioned a photo of herself soaking in the tub with a glass of wine. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
5. She Hydrates
Tallia prioritizes hydration, keeping a water bottle with her to stay hydrated throughout the day, as can be seen in this TikTok post. "Obviously, everyone wants to avoid being dehydrated, but that doesn’t mean you have to fill up on 128-ounces of water every single day to avoid it. A good rule of thumb is to take a peek at the color of your pee. If you’re hydrated, it should be a light lemonade color, but it doesn’t necessarily need to be clear. If your pee is darker, that might be an indicator to up your water intake, but keep in mind that some medications (and even food) can affect the color too," says the Cleveland Clinic.
