Tamara Ecclestone and her sister, Petra, are keeping things hot on vacation! The famous siblings show off their fabulous figures in swimsuits in Tamara’s latest Instagram post. “Sister sister. 1. She Doesn’t Diet
Ecclestone stays away from extreme diets, maintains an overall healthy diet and cheating on occasion. "I don't believe in faddy diets because I eat well Monday to Friday and feel really healthy. At the weekends I will eat what I want, within reason, and if I'm going to have French fries, popcorn or chocolate it would be always be at the weekend,” she told DailyStar. Her typical lunch and dinners respectively, are, "Grilled chicken, brown rice and vegetables – but no dessert. Steak, vegetables and definitely gravy – but again no dessert."
2. She Works Out

Tamara, who works out a few times a week, recently revealed to Fabulous how she lost weight. “I was breastfeeding round the clock and the weight loss just strangely happened. But your body tends to find its way back again,” she said. “But I don’t like being really skinny. It didn’t feel like my natural body weight, so I’m pleased it sorted itself out.”
3. She Snacks Healthy

Tamara snacks, but tries to keep her in-between meals very healthy and nutrient rich. For example, nuts and fruits. "Almonds a few times a day and an apple around 3.30pm/4pm,” she told DailyStar.
4. She Keeps Her Fridge Stocked

Tamara knows that a refrigerator stocked with her favorite healthy foods helps set herself up for dietary success. What does she buy at the store? "Diet Coke, water, wine, rye bread, butter, chicken breasts, carrots, salad, fruit, vegetables and eggs,” she told DailyStar.
5. She Doesn’t Stress About Her Weight

After welcoming her daughter, Sophie, Tamara stopped stressing about her weight. "It used to be something I thought about more, but since Fifi there are so many more important things than body and weight. Truly, it's the furthest thing from my mind. I just want to be healthy. I spent my 20s all about juicing this, that and the other, and now it's not something I lose any sleep over,” she told Fabulous.
