Tammy Hebrow is bumping along! The Aussie fitness influencer shows off her growing baby bump in a bathing suit in her most recent Instagram snap. In the caption, the mother-of-two (soon to be three!) reveals one of her biggest health tips. What is it? Read on to find out and see 4 other ways Tammy Hebrow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Meditates

“Meditating really changed my life when I first really discovered its power,” she writes in her post. “One of the first times I tried it I got into a deep meditation & had a full out of body experience completely disconnected from my physical being and there was really no looking back from there. I decided then I would dedicate my life to becoming the healthiest happiest version of myself. Meditating for even just 10 minutes a day can help relieve stress, calm your mind & clear it of negative thoughts, and help you really focus on the present 🍃 There’s no doubt in my mind meditation has helped me not just in daily life but even in my businesses & creativity.”

2. Exercise Makes Her Feel Better

One of the ways Tammy motivates herself to workout is by reminding herself how good it makes her feel. “I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids,” she told New Idea. “I honestly feel better when I get my workout in, less sluggish and I find it easier to keep up with my kids. Whether it’s a gym workout or HIIT home workout I always try to fit it in when I can.”

3. She Works Out 3 to 4 Times Per Week

Tammy works out three to five days a week. Her sessions include a little cardio and heavy weights. “I will often do some workouts from my at home booty program – you only need dumbbells, or I will do a HIIT workout in the lounge room,” she told New Idea.

4. Her Diet Is Clean and “Boring”

Tammy revealed to New Idea that she maintains a very clean diet. “For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,” she says. "But I didn’t supplement my meals with these it was always a combination of both. I needed to eat lots to build that area so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats.” For breakfast she usually eats oatmeal, infused with protein powder. Then, post workout, a protein shake, “and love to eat fish, chicken, turkey, beans and vegetables,” she adds. “I’ve been trying to cut back on meat lately which I have found difficult. I usually end my day with oats and protein again. Boring I know!”

5. She Eats Every Few Hours

The Hembrow Sisters Shoot Global Campaign For boohoo CollectionChris Hyde/Getty Images

Another one of Tammy’s diet secrets? She consumes tiny, but regular meals. “I eat every two to three hours,” she told New Idea. Make a smoothie part of your day; it's a great snack. Use a nut milk and plant-based protein for best results, plus some frozen fruit, spinach and half a frozen banana. Not only do frozen bananas provide a luxurious creaminess and natural sweetness to smoothies, but studies have shown bananas to positively impact gut health by increasing the good bacteria in our bellies and helping to reduce bloat. Better yet, they’re a cinch to prepare. I recommend freezing 10–12 at the beginning of each week. Carefully peel the banana so that it stays intact. (Do not make the mistake of freezing the banana with the peel on, which just basically gives your fruit a bullet-proof vest that you won’t be able to penetrate.) Discard the peel and cut each banana in half. Place up to 12 peeled banana halves into a resealable plastic freezer bag. Remove the air from the bag and seal tightly.

Melchior is currently on vacation in the Dominican Republic, and just shared a stunning new photo to Instagram. In it, she posed on her hotel balcony, wearing a tan one-piece swimsuit and a towel on her head. She captioned the post, “Gotta find new hobbies.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She’s In Therapy

In an interview with Schon Magazine, Melchior revealed that she goes to therapy. She says that at the beginning of the pandemic, she decided to become more in-tune with herself. “I’m more into getting to know myself. I know it’s a cliche, but I started doing therapy. I started meditating to be more focused on me and my family and friends. And I’m really happy about it. It’s also really important for me as an actor to know myself — because if I don’t know myself, I will not be able to work to the fullest of my emotions and everything I am… I don’t know if I can say it in English. But, my skills are myself. It’s me. It’s my body. It’s my face and my emotions. So right now, I’m focused on me, and reading as much as I can and watching movies. Yeah. I’m a normal person.”

2. She Meditates

Melchior revealed some of her wellness secrets to Byrdie. She says that she likes to practice meditation. "I found out that sometimes when I was a little bit more stressed, it would consume me. So, I downloaded a meditation app on my phone [Insight Timer]. When I was in the United States, I would meditate in the morning—like guided meditations, to be present and positive—and to sleep because my mind would be running and overthinking about everything, even if my life was amazing.”

3. She Added Things To Her Skincare Routine

Melchior broke down her skincare routine to Byrdie. "My skincare routine changed from moisturizer and eye cream to a multi-step routine. And I love it. It's really good because it makes sense. I was trying to pay more attention to my skin type. I always clean [my face], and I always take my makeup off. In the morning, I do toner, Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid—but only when my skin needs it because sometimes it makes me break out. After hyaluronic acid, I put on moisturizer, eye cream. And sunscreen all the time—even if I stay home—because it's so important."

4. She Bikes

Melchior likes to go bike riding as a way to stay in shape. She went for a late-night ride while on a trip to Milan, Italy. She shared these highlights on Instagram. Melchior captioned the post, “Eat pasta > drink Passito > ride a bike around > repeat.” According to Better Health, “Cycling can help to protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis.”

5. She Practices Yoga

Melchior is learning how to practice yoga as a way to stay in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself doing different poses. In them, Melchior is in a cobra and a warrior pose, as well as doing a Sun Salutation. She captioned the post, “Beginner.” The American Osteopathic Association reports, “Aside from the physical benefits, one of the best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress, which is known to have devastating effects on the body and mind.”

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness pro with her own workout app and programs. Hembrow recently shared her favorite lower body workouts in an Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing hip thrusts with a barbell, RDLs with a smaller barbell, glute pull-throughs, cable kickbacks, and cable abductions. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tammy Hembrow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that tracking her food is how she does so. “How I use @tammyfitapp for my workouts & meals 🍓💪🏼 it’s sooo easy to track what you eat - you can even use your own recipes or scan barcodes of what you’re having & it will calculate if you’re macros and calories are aligning with your goals. 🙌🏼 My biggest tip to anyone struggling to see change would be to take advantage of this feature to see just where you might be going wrong.”

2. She Believes In Balance

When it comes to wellness, Hembrow believes in balance. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Let’s talk about BALANCE ⚖️ my approach to fitness is never about being ‘all consumed’ by it,” she writes. “(For example I literally had the WHOLE last week off, ate pretty much everything under the sun, lots of fine cheeses, sweets, & spicy margaritas 🌶️🤌🏼). You are going to see the best results if working out is something that consistently becomes a part of your life, it shouldn’t be a chore. Working out should enhance your life, not feel like you are depriving yourself of anything. You shouldn’t feel guilty for eating that chocolate or going out with your friends, BUT you also shouldn’t let it derail your whole routine completely. Make sure you find a balance that works for you, your goals & what YOU want. And ultimately, remember, if you slip up or fall off you can always get back up.”

3. She Swims

Hembrow loves to swim to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself in the water. She captioned it, “My therapy is any body of water & @tammyfitapp 🫶🏼🌊 train with me, link in bio. What it includes: ♥ gym/home programs. ♥ Meal plans (vegan, veg, GF, allergy friendly etc). ♥Pilates, yoga, meditations & affirmations. ♥ Calorie calculator. ♥ Weight/strength tracking. ♥ Water tracker. ♥ Support from the Tammy Fit team & exclusive Facebook groups. ♥ CONSTANT updates & MUCH more.”

4. She Does Yoga

Hembrow loves to do yoga to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself doing poses on Instagram. Hembrow captioned it, “The @tammyfitapp really helped me through some tough times the past couple years. One of my favourite things about the app is our guided meditations, affirmations & yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🌅 whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed or stressed it's always soooo good to be able to go back to that and really just try to bring myself back to the present. I hope that if you use the Tammy Fit app you really take advantage of those features because I know just how powerful they can be ✨”

5. She Strength Trains

As you can see from her Instagram post, Hembrow likes to strength train. She also uses weights in this video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “Sign ups for our next @tammyfitapp challenge are officially open!!! 🫶🏼 Show up for yourself, even when you don't 'feel' like it or aren't feeling motivated. Trust me that's when it counts the most !!”

Brooke Burke is sharing all her diet and fitness secrets – in her swimsuit. The model and actress shows off her amazing body in a gingham bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, teasing a new interview where she reveals her top tips for diet and fitness. “Just pure gratitude + a few summer tips to keep you inspired & rewored. Story link in my bio. Thx @dailymail for sharing our 21 Day Challenge,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Brooke Burke stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Intermittent Fasting

Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation "Big Fighters, Big Cause" Charity Boxing NightJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Brooke is a proponent of intermittent fasting, eating during an eight-hour window and then not eating for the remaining 16 hours in a day. “It’s a simple yet powerful concept: confine eating to an 8-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours of the day,” she told DailyMail.com. “For example, if you eat dinner at 7 pm, your next meal will be at 11:00 am the next morning. This timing cycle essentially tricks your body into burning stored fat. During a ‘fasted state’ – the hours when your body is not consuming or digesting any food – your body doesn’t have a recently consumed meal to use as energy, so it pulls energy from the fat stored in your body instead. Intermittent fasting trains your body to consume food more efficiently and to burn fat as fuel. Fasting can leave you feeling hungry or fatigued, but by bridging the time with your regular sleep cycle, it is much easier to embrace.”

2. She Has “Mindful Mondays”

Brooke practices “Mindful Mondays,” she told the publication. “Start each week by taking time – before your schedule gets busy – to calm and cleanse your mind as well as your body. Whether you practice yoga, meditation, or even simple breathwork, the important thing is that you find a way to center yourself, focus your intentions, and make conscious choices about the week ahead.”

3. She Goes “Green”

GettyImages-1389233635Alex Goodlett/Getty Images

“Mondays are the perfect days to “Go Green” with fresh, delicious, and nutritious veggies and fruits,” Brooke added. “Check out your local farmer’s market or organic food store and stock up. 'Here are just a few examples of mostly plant-based meals that are simple, fresh, and light. There’s no reason to go hungry when you fuel your body with crunchy vegetables, healthy soups, hot green tea, and plenty of water. One of my favorite meals is a junks salad.”

4. She Meditates

Another healthy habit of Brooke’s? “A daily meditation practice. Trust me on this one, the mind and body benefits are incredible,” she told Daily Mail. “Meditation is the practice of training the mind in order to induce a state of relaxation, focus, and inner peace. A daily meditation practice helps control our thoughts, emotions and inner dialogue to positively retrain our brain and elevate our well-being. “We meditate, not to find peace, but to meet reality. The practice of meditation can take many forms, including silence, prayer, visualization, and breathing exercises. The main goal of meditation is to stay present and focused on the current moment, rather than dwelling on past experiences or worrying about the future.” She also suggests guided meditations. “Through this daily commitment, you will develop a deeper sense of personal awareness and spiritual connection. In the space of stillness, you will find your strength. Make meditation a habit. Forming new habits is easier than we think. We actually do it all the time. Perhaps the reason we so easily accommodate change for others, but not ourselves, is because we view self-care as optional. That’s where we need to shift our mindset. Meditation helps decrease stress, control anxiety, and improve sleep. It helps lengthen attention span, reduce age-related memory loss, and promote emotional health. It can even help manage pain, lower blood pressure, and support recovery. Most importantly, meditation fosters kindness. And the world can always use more kindness!”

5. She Recommends Her 21-Day Fitness Challenge

Brooke strongly suggests committing to a 21-day program. “'We can reshape our bodies and reconnect with our authentic ourselves. We can fold fitness into our daily routine and discover the power of nutritious (and delicious) food. And we can embrace mindful meditation that will help us stay centered and focused,” she said. The new 21-Day Fitness Challenge is the ideal program to reach your summer health and wellness goals, focusing on both fitness and mindfulness. It is about new beginnings and letting go of old patterns.”

1. This is Her Wellness Hack

“I started working out a few months ago and I've been finding it's really good for a bit of therapy. I've really been enjoying that. I go three times a week and I actually find I feel different when I go away and I've not been working out - I don't feel as good. Exercise is so good for keeping your head on,” she told Glamour. She added: “I don't really live by a fashion rule. If you like it, then you wear it - there are no rules.”

2. This is Her Brow Trick

“I like using a pencil, I used to use a brow pomade but I really like a pencil now. I just fill them in, brush them out, I think that's really important so they don't get too blocky. I actually use hair gel in them to get the spiky look which keeps them in place all day. I use the Bleach Well Gel,” she told Glamour.

3. This is How She Chills Out

BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards - Red Carpet ArrivalsJo Hale/Getty Images

“I literally just like staying at home, chilling, watching films but then I also like going out with my friends when I've got free time, so I always try and make sure I've got time to do both - I like to balance the two,” she told Glamour. “Relaxation techniques are a great way to help with stress management. Relaxation isn't only about peace of mind or enjoying a hobby. It's a process that decreases the stress effects on your mind and body. Relaxation techniques can help you cope with everyday stress. And these techniques can help with long-term stress or stress related to various health problems, such as heart disease and pain,” says the Mayo Clinic.

"I feel quite responsible for my family and I wanted to be strong for them. I've realised that asking for help is actually the opposite of weakness,” she told Cosmopolitan. After her mother’s death, she reportedly repressed her feelings. "Now I know that if you need to cry, then it's important to allow yourself time to cry."

5. She Shared Her Emotions Online

"I do get a lot from sharing my story online, I feel like I'm reaching people and helping, which in turn helps me. Fans and followers have been so supportive too, telling me that they're proud. But sometimes I do feel pressure to respond to all of the messages I receive – which isn't always possible – which is why it's so nice that I can now signpost them to somewhere that practical help is on offer. Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
