Her Diet Advice
Judge's typical breakfast consists of egg whites, sauteed vegetables, and a green juice. She recommends anyone who is starting on a clean eating path should just take it one step at a time. "You can start by cutting out things like soda, empty calories, sugar, processed foods, etc," she says. "Take it slow if you need to, and use your will power until the cravings are over!"
She Doesn't Like Keto
Judge tried the keto diet and wasn't a fan. "I usually eat pretty clean and to eat such high fat [as I did on Keto] — it just didn't feel good. And I didn't feel good as well," she says. "[They hear that] they can eat cheese and they can eat butter and they can eat bacon and all that stuff — but they can have absolutely zero carbs and that's not good for your body. You need that. They do see results because they're cutting all the carbs out — but if they would've add a little bit of fruit and take away the very fattening cheese, butter, all that stuff, they would see the same results."
Cardio and Weight Training
Judge says she does weight training four times a week and cardio three times a week. While the reality star doesn't follow any particular diet, she does have some food rules. "[I eat] ground turkey (lean protein), veggies, good fats, complex carbs," she says. "Don't eat processed foods, sugars, breads, bad fats, limit alcohol. NO SODAS. Be consistent and don't starve yourself."
Anti-Cellulite Roller
Part of Judge's beauty and wellness routine is using an anti-cellulite roller on her body. "Sometimes I wake up with bruises all over me, but I feel like I'm doing something good," she says. "I feel like I'm rubbing off that cellulite, getting deep into the tissue, breaking up the fascia."
Honest About Surgery
Judge is open about getting cosmetic surgery, including a neck and face lift, and thinks people should be honest about it. "I never understood people that kept it hush-hush," she previously said. "I think that for me, I don't want young girls or even older women to think, 'Oh my God, her skin looks so flawless and what is she doing?' I just feel like being honest is always the best. I've gotten an overwhelming and crazy amount of response."
