On the road, there's a lot of changes in weather, of course. I have to wear sunscreen all the time, keep very hydrated. Airplanes are really bad for your body and your skin—all sorts of things. Tinashe broke down her approach to wellness to The Cut. She says that despite her busy schedule, she always makes time for working out. Tinashe mostly works out in the morning. “I usually work out in the morning,” she says. “I’m never hungry right when I wake up. Usually I’ll do Pilates or something in a class for maybe an hour. It’s a nice ‘wakeup’ workout.”
