“The beauty of movement is in how it makes you feel. I’ve always felt stronger, more confident and happier when I’m taking care of my mind and body, so it means a lot to be by your side on your way to finding a healthier you,” Tara shared in an Instagram post.

“I don’t go to the gym. I dance,” she once told Vogue India. “Fooling around with some jazz and ballet today.. Hard not to when this song plays,” she captioned a post of one of her dancing sessions. “Ballet/jazz baby forever,” she captioned another. So, I’m seriously considering that!”
