She Loves the Way Movement Feels

"The beauty of movement is in how it makes you feel. I've always felt stronger, more confident and happier when I'm taking care of my mind and body, so it means a lot to be by your side on your way to finding a healthier you," Tara shared in an Instagram post. 


She Dances

"I don't go to the gym. I dance," she once told Vogue India. "Fooling around with some jazz and ballet today.. Hard not to when this song plays," she captioned a post of one of her dancing sessions. "Ballet/jazz baby forever," she captioned another. Dancing builds strength and promotes flexibility, and helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.


She Works Out at Home

Because she doesn't like to go to the gym, she has developed an effective at-home workout. "You really don't need any experience or equipment to exercise with me from home and to start feeling so much better physically and mentally," she shared in an Instagram post.

She added to Vogue, "sometimes, I like to do Pilates." According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out. 


She Doesn't Diet

Tara has revealed in many interviews that she doesn't diet. "Breakfast on set," she captioned a video of herself eating a slice of pizza. She also revealed in an interview with Cosmopolitan that she "found new love for cooking and baking," during the pandemic. "And I'm told I'm really good and should start a restaurant of my own. So, I'm seriously considering that!"
