Tate McRae is living it up in Mexico in her swimsuit! The chart-topping singer flaunts her fabulous figure in a variety of swimsuits via her latest social media posts taken while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas with her rumored boyfriend, hockey player Cole Sillinger. And, to say she looks stunning is an understatement. “You’re just beautiful,” commented Addison Rae. How does the young star stay both physically and mentally healthy? Read on to see 5 ways Tate McRae stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Pushes Herself

In an interview with The Star, Tate confessed that her pressure for success only comes from within and she uses it as fuel. “I feel like most of the pressure that I feel usually comes from myself and wanting to do better as an artist myself,” she told them.

2. She Dances

Prior to becoming a singer, Tate was a dancer. “If you don’t already know, I love to dance. I’ve been dancing all my life. I can’t wait for my live shows coming up so everyone can see that I’m not just a singer or just a dancer, I’m both,” she told Refinery 29. “I started dancing around the age of 6. It began as a hobby that I was definitely not seriously interested in. I loved performing, but hated when I actually had to do what I was told,” she added to Everly. “I only started getting serious when my mom took me to New York at age 8. I was extremely inspired and motivated! It gave me something to work toward and was the moment when I realized I wanted to dance for the rest of my life. From then on, I have been training nonstop and am always pushing myself to my greatest potential.”

3. She Has Struggled with Body Image Issues

2022 iHeartRadio Wango Tango - ArrivalsJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Tate has been staring at her body since she was a child. “It’s really difficult because I would see myself every single day since the age of seven in a high-cut leotard and tights. So you’d be staring at yourself in a mirror for eight hours a day, judging your body. Sometimes I feel delusional because I’m like, “I have no idea what my body looks like,” she told Fashion. “I used to go to ballet schools in Germany and they would take measurements of every single part of my body at age nine. At the time, I didn’t even realize how much that was messing with me mentally, but I was already thinking about my body image. No one should be thinking about their body in that kind of way at a young age,” she continued. “Even though I’m starting to convince myself to love myself, there are a lot of things that dance has brought me that make navigating fashion so much harder. Because when you feel like you don’t know what you look like, it can be hard to take risks.”

4. She Strives for Self-Acceptance

Tate strives for self-acceptance. “As a public figure, it’s hard because you’re putting yourself out there for people to judge you. I’m growing up and my body’s changing every single day. And while I’m just trying to accept my own body, so are millions of other people on the internet,” she told Fashion.

5. She Loves to Cook and Eat

Fried,Brussel,Sprouts,With,Ham,And,OnionsShutterstock

Tate hasn’t revealed many details about her diet, but she told Fashion that she loves to cook. “I don’t usually watch a lot of TV, but when I do, I’m obsessed with cooking shows. My favorite food [is] Brussels sprouts or dark chocolate,” she said. She added to Refinery 29 that she has one go-to comfort food: Toast.

Green opened up about being a part of the Southern Charm cast at BravoCon. So, yeah, again, Shep, I apologize for jumping down your throat.”

2. She Fishes

Green spends a lot of time outside. She does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing Green enjoys doing is going fishing. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself and friends fishing in St. Petersburg. Green captioned the post, “When life (or @kennyflowers_) gives you lemon bathing suits, go find a boat and toss your line in. Caught some cute lil Spanish Mackerels last week in Florida.”

3. She Swims

She captioned the post, “We didn’t get lost.. The water slide just couldn’t find US. It did eventually stumbled upon this motley crew though.”

4. She Gets Some Sun

Sunlight exposure triggers the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulate mood. Increased serotonin levels can improve feelings of happiness, reduce stress, and alleviate symptoms of depression. Research suggests that sunlight exposure may have cognitive benefits, including improved memory, focus, and mental performance. Sunlight stimulates the production of growth factors in the brain that support neuronal health and function.

5. She Travels

Traveling allows you to break away from your daily routine, escape work-related stress, and unwind. It gives you an opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, and recharge, which can have a positive impact on your mental and emotional well-being. Many travel experiences involve physical activities such as walking tours, hiking, swimming, or even adventurous activities like rock climbing or skiing. Engaging in these activities can help you stay active, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance overall fitness.

Bebe Rexha is in Hawaii and it feels like we’re there with her. The singer (and actress, who appeared in Queenpins) has posted photos of herself relaxing and dancing on a boat, swimming next to a waterfall, posing like a model and joking around with Instagram filters. To paraphrase one of her songs, baby, I'm jealous of the pictures that you take. How does she stay so fit while having so much fun? Read on to see 7 ways Bebe Rexha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s All About Body Positivity

“I was in Florida doing WWE Wrestlemania. The day I flew in, I had a little time off to go to the pool. I said to my manager, ‘Will you just take a video of me?’ I just wanna see what I look like. And when she played me back to the video, I said, I'm kind of, to me, it's okay to have a little moving parts and pieces and the little indentations—it's sexy to me. That's sexy. We were never really taught that. Like how to love ourselves and how to love imperfections,” she told Access Hollywood.

2. She Does Leg Day

Photocall For STX's "Queenpins"Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

"Time for legs," Rexha wrote in an Instagram Story chronicling her lower body workout. Smart choice. The largest muscles are in your lower body, and thus they burn the most fat. Your backside if the biggest source of myokines, which can do amazing things. Some help increase fat-burning in both the liver and skin tissue; others improve the function of the vascular system. Some improve the immune response; still others help our digestive system by improving communication between the pancreas and intestines. There’s even some evidence that myokines released through exercise may influence cancer cell growth.

3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Bebe knows the value of a good sweat session. Here’s a perfect 4 minute workout for you to try at home: Perform burpees for 20 seconds. Don’t worry about counting reps—just set a timer and get as many as you can. Afterward, rest 10 seconds, and then repeat for four minutes. Over time, you can progress the length of the work interval, but keep the ratio of work to rest at two to one (so if you build up to doing burpees for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between sets).

4. This is “Key for Me”

62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards – Red CarpetEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

“I will say that sometimes when I’m really tired, and I don’t have time to wash my face, I have a little trick. It's actually something I learned from a makeup artist back when I worked in retail and sold perfume. He’s like, “Listen, if you’re super tired and you can’t even wash your face, and you just use a makeup wipe, the one thing you should still always do is moisturize.” So, sometimes when I’m really exhausted, I don’t really go in with the soap and water. I know it’s not the greatest, but I’ll just use a couple of face wipes and then moisturize my skin really well. That’s key for me!” she told WhoWhatWear.

5. She Was Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021Ryan Emberley/Getty Images

“For the longest time, I didn’t understand why I felt so sick. Why I felt lows that made me not want to leave my house or be around people and why I felt highs that wouldn’t let me sleep, wouldn’t let me stop working or creating music. Now I know why,” she said on Twitter, revealing her bipolar diagnosis. “I was very fearful,” she told Self magazine. “I didn’t want to think there was something wrong with me.” “My mom would call it code red,” Rexha said. “A day before [my period started], I would feel like my world was ending ... I would get into these funks and be really depressed and not want to leave my house.”

"“That was my worst fear all my life: going crazy,” she told Self. “I felt like me opening up to my fans was me finally saying, ‘I’m not going to be imprisoned by this.’ And maybe it’ll make somebody not feel imprisoned, in that moment, if they feel like they’re going through a rough time. That’s why I decided to really open up and to free myself from that.”

1. Swimming and Snorkeling

Miller is an accomplished swimmer and snorkeler. “Many people say that by simply being in the water they feel more relaxed and less stressed,” says swimming instructor Emily Morrissey. “Regular exercise helps reduce anxiety and depression, as it releases ‘feel good’ hormones and keeps our brains working in a healthy way. Learning to swim can allow you the opportunity to swim in beautiful places outdoors which many people find to be memories they cherish.”

2. She Skis

Miller loves to ski with her friends. “Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive,” says physical therapist Scott Tremmel. “We’re just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance. When you’re skiing, you’re often out with a group of friends and you’re socializing. You’re getting fresh air and taking in the beautiful scenery around you. It’s good for your emotional health.”

3. Adrenaline Junkie

Miller is a self-confessed adrenaline junkie and loves skydiving. “The sense of achievement you get completing a tandem skydive is amazing,” says Carl Griffiths, Marketing Manager at GoSkydive. “There is a reason a tandem skydive is part of lots of peoples bucket lists. Our guests always say it’s the best thing they have done.”

4. Coffee Drinker

AmandaMillerAmanda Miller/Instagram

Miller enjoys the health benefits and energy boost coffee provides. “Almost two-thirds of Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease are women,” says Johns Hopkins Medicine. “But the caffeine in two cups of coffee may provide significant protection against developing the condition. In fact, researchers found that women age 65 and older who drank two to three cups of coffee a day were less likely to develop dementia in general.”

5. Animal Lover

AmandaMiller1Amanda Miller/Instagram

Miller loves animals, especially her beloved dog. “There are many health benefits of owning a pet,” says the CDC. “They can increase opportunities to exercise, get outside, and socialize. Regular walking or playing with pets can decrease blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and triglyceride levels. Pets can help manage loneliness and depression by giving us companionship. Most households in the United States have at least one pet.”

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
