I have some great people who help me with things like diet too, and whenever I have time, I train in judo and jiu-jitsu. So a lot of it depends on my traveling schedule, but for the ring material, I’m always preparing for that.”

Tay eats healthy as often as possible. ”I try to eat super clean – but of course, I end up having pizza and burgers! Every time I’m on the road, I try to eat super clean.
