Wrestling

Tay wrestles her way to a hot body. "My training routine is kind of crazy, because I do a lot of traveling," she told Kung Fu Kingdom. "So, I don't really have a set routine, but of course, wrestling is my priority. I have some great people who help me with things like diet too, and whenever I have time, I train in judo and jiu-jitsu. So a lot of it depends on my traveling schedule, but for the ring material, I'm always preparing for that."

Soccer

Tay also plays soccer. "I started judo in a soccer club, so I've always had a love for soccer. So it's like, Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, all martial arts, then soccer!" she said. Mercedes Carnethon, MD, told the American Heart Assocation that soccer is a great workout for many reasons. "It is a game of continuous running and with very little stopping," said Carnethon, an associate professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "It also has anaerobic elements – that high intensity where you're sprinting and then resting – you're constantly moving." Sports researcher Peter Krustrup, who has spent more than 15 years studying the health benefits of soccer, added that recreational-level play and soccer-related exercise drills can help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Soccer also can help shift body composition by decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle.

"Super Clean" Eating

"I try to eat super clean – but of course, I end up having pizza and burgers! Every time I'm on the road, I try to eat super clean. Rice and steak are my go to's every time, and I also love carbs, so I have something with carbs every day," Tay told Kung Fu Kingdom about her diet.

4

Outdoor Exercise

Outdoor workouts, especially while vacationing, help Tay stay on her routine. "I'm in love with jungle gym 😍 workout in a bikini and with sea view … it's a dream," she tweeted about the outdoor gym.

Positive Attitude

"Believe in yourself," is the mantra Tay lives by. "It's so simple and cliché, but I think it's really important. When you believe in yourself and put in hard work, anything can happen. Whether you're poor, or rich, and have your family helping you out, if you believe in yourself, and you work hard, you'll be able to do whatever you want," she told Kung Fu Kingdom.
