Taylor Hill, the model and Victoria’s Secret icon, is currently on vacation in Italy, and just shared some stunning photos to her Instagram. In one of her stories, Hill lounged in a cabana. She wore a blue swimsuit with white patterns, and captioned the photo, “Ciao.” How does she stay so fit? “I actually don’t stick to any diets, but I eat everything in moderation. Plus, exercising regularly is very important," she has said. 1. She Has Support From Her Family

Hill is lucky to have a supportive family and friends around her. She tells Byrdie that spending time with them is a great way to recharge and stay centered. "I have a really big family and great friends, and I just like to surround myself with them and try to keep as normal of a life as I possibly can,” she says. "Fashion month is exhausting, and that's probably when you become the most unlike yourself. It's always really refreshing to go home and see your friends and know that your life's not that hard and it's all going to be fine."
2. She’s Sure Of Herself

Hill has a lot of confidence in herself. The reason for this? Hill says that is sure of herself. She also revealed to Byrdie what her motto is. “You should always be humble, be kind, be yourself, don't take it for granted.”

While the modeling industry can take a toll on your self-esteem, for Hill, it’s made her more confident. She tells Byrdie, "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."
4. She Works With A Trainer

Hill, like many people, uses a personal trainer to help her stay in shape. She tells Byrdie that this isn’t just to help motivate or educate her, it’s also to keep her in check. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she admits. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out.
5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Hill spilled her wellness secrets to Harper’s Bazaar. She says that while she has her go-to workouts, she also likes to switch up what she does as often as she can. “I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I’m in the gym. My favourite place is Dogpound in NYC. But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It’s important to switch things up so that your body doesn’t get too used to anything.”
