Taylor Hill is celebrating her sister's birthday in her bathing suit! The Victoria's Secret supermodel shared some well-wishes to her sis, Mackinley Hill, on social media. "Happy birthday you god damn weirdo I love you so much! You're my sister, my bestie, my partner in crime and I'm so grateful to have you in my life, hope you have an amazing day and that this next year brings you happiness, joy and a potential health care plan," she captioned the series of snaps on Instagram, one of which the girls showed off their fabulous figures in swimsuits. Modeling Improved Her Self-Love

Many people believe that modeling negatively impacts body image, but Hill maintains it is the opposite. "I used to hate my body, and I thought I was really ugly," she told Byrdie. "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."

She Mixes Up Her Workouts

"I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I'm in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC," Taylor revealed to Harper's Bazzar about her sweat sessions. "But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It's important to switch things up so that your body doesn't get too used to anything."

She Doesn't Diet

You won't find Taylor on any trendy eating plans. "I actually don't stick to any diets, but I eat everything in moderation. Plus, exercising regularly is very important," she told Harper's Bazaar. Some of her favorite meals? "When I'm in Paris, I always have Japanese udon. And pizzas in New York. I also love spaghetti, and basically everything when I'm in Italy."

She Eats A LOT Before Fashion Shows

Contrary to public opinion, Taylor maintains that models don't starve themselves prior to runway shows. "I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!" she told The Sunday Times. "There's no way you look like that and don't eat. You would die. Victoria's Secret girls are like athletes. We're like Olympians. We're strong."

She Uses a Personal Trainer

Taylor opts to use a personal trainer over group fitness. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out."
