Hill is a model, and she has a lot of confidence in herself. However, that wasn’t always the case. She revealed that she used to struggle with her self-esteem, and that she didn’t feel confident until she started modeling. "I used to hate my body, and I thought I was really ugly," she revealed to Byrdie. "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."

Hill tells Byrdie that she likes to use a trainer to help with her wellness. “I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she admits. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly.”

"We do a lot of slow, muscle-targeting movements with gliding discs and two-pound weights. Almost kind of floor Pilates in a way because we get on the floor, and she puts resistance bands around my ankles and things like that. It's so hard—it doesn't sound hard, and it doesn't look hard, but I could back squat, like, 85 pounds, and I quiver when I do this. I'm like, Oh my God, I can't stand up anymore because I'm so sore! It's amazing."

Hill likes to keep things interesting with her exercise routine. “I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I’m in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC. Hill refuses to follow any restrictive diets, but eats whatever she wants in moderation. She especially enjoys traditional Italian cuisine. “The Mediterranean "diet" is not just about food, but also about lifestyle. It encourages people to be more active, to enjoy food in the company of friends and/or family, and enjoy life,” says Kim Knipe, MBA, RD, LDN, and bariatric program coordinator at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. “People that want to follow the Mediterranean eating pattern can start by substituting most of their butter for a small amount of olive oil, half their meat for beans, most of their soda for water, and a daily dessert for daily fresh fruit. Hill says she eats a lot before a fashion show, to keep her energy levels up. “I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she told The Sunday Times. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You would die. Victoria’s Secret girls are like athletes. We’re like Olympians. We’re strong.”

Hill loves big fresh salads, especially a delicious caprese with tomatoes and mozzarella. “Tomatoes are chock full of essential vitamins C, A, and B6, along with iron, potassium, manganese, and fiber,” says Richard Andrew Kralj, M Ed., RDN, LDN. “One cup of canned tomatoes contains only 41 calories and no fat. Recent research on their health benefits, indicates tomatoes are rich in powerful antioxidants called carotenoids that protect against certain types of cancers and slow the development of atherosclerosis (plaque associated with hardening of arteries). The most abundant type of carotenoid found in tomatoes is lycopene. Research supports that foods high in lycopene may help to reduce the risk for prostate, digestive, and pancreatic cancers. Tomato products are responsible for more than 80% of the lycopene in the US diet.”

Hill loves sandwiches on rye. “There are a couple of reasons why rye is interesting from a health perspective,” says David Seres, director of medical nutrition at Columbia University’s Institute of Human Nutrition. “One is that it retains its fiber, even after the bran has been removed and fiber is thought to be good for us in the diet. And the second is that when you eat an equal amount of rye compared to wheat, your blood rises less and more slowly.”

"I used to do a lot of weight training, lifting, and things like that," she says. "It was really difficult, which I liked, but then I realized I wasn't getting the results that I wanted. You have to drink gnarly protein shakes and all of that to build that muscle, especially when you're as tall as me. I'm like; I can't develop muscle; it's just not working!” she told Byrdie.

3. She Used to Bulk Up Before a Show

“I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she told The Sunday Times back when she was modeling for Victoria’s Secret. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. “I just keep it really easy, and I use really clean products without a lot of chemicals in them. I use a very simple face wash called CeraVe. It’s for [removing] makeup that causes acne. And then I use coconut oil for hydration. It’s the best! Hair, skin and nails,” she once told Coveteur. “When I’m not working, I literally don’t have a beauty routine. I try to just roll natural, because, you know, I work everyday and put makeup on like crazy everyday. I think on my days off, it’s really nice to just give my skin a break and just hang out; put my hair in a knot and just walk around.” Consuming coconut oil can be good, as well. “It's the quality of your cholesterol that matters, and coconut oil actually increases the good cholesterol, HDL. It increases the LDL, but it makes the particles better so they're not as damaging,” says Dr. Mark Hyman to the Mayo Clinic.

"I drink protein shakes, eat a lot of chicken, and try to make more home-cooked meals. It's really hard in New York because everything is so small. My kitchen is tiny, but it's nice because it forces me to learn something new every day and not cook the same things over and over. Snack-wise, I like dark chocolate just because it's something sweet and it makes me feel like I'm eating what I want," she told Allure. Dark chocolate is a healthy choice. "Flavanols are a type of flavonoid that’s found in plants such as the cacao tree. These trees produce the cacao beans used to make chocolate," says the Cleveland Clinic. “Flavanols are abundant in cacao beans,” says dietitian Devon Peart, MHSc, BASc, RD. “The cacao beans are fermented and roasted, producing what we call cocoa beans. We make cocoa solids from those" and dark chocolate "contains two to three times more flavanol-rich cocoa solids as compared to milk chocolate,” Peart adds. “It’s significantly higher.”

In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits.
