1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Hill likes to keep things interesting with her exercise routine. “I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I’m in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC. But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It’s important to switch things up so that your body doesn’t get too used to anything.”

2. No Restrictive Diets

Hill refuses to follow any restrictive diets, but eats whatever she wants in moderation. She especially enjoys traditional Italian cuisine. “The Mediterranean "diet" is not just about food, but also about lifestyle. It encourages people to be more active, to enjoy food in the company of friends and/or family, and enjoy life,” says Kim Knipe, MBA, RD, LDN, and bariatric program coordinator at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. “People that want to follow the Mediterranean eating pattern can start by substituting most of their butter for a small amount of olive oil, half their meat for beans, most of their soda for water, and a daily dessert for daily fresh fruit. These simple changes can have big health benefits.”

3. She Eats “Like An Olympian”

Hill says she eats a lot before a fashion show, to keep her energy levels up. “I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she told The Sunday Times. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You would die. Victoria’s Secret girls are like athletes. We’re like Olympians. We’re strong.”

4. She Loves Caprese Salad

Cote des Roses Reveals New Campaign Photographed By David LaChapelle And Starring Taylor HillJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Hill loves big fresh salads, especially a delicious caprese with tomatoes and mozzarella. “Tomatoes are chock full of essential vitamins C, A, and B6, along with iron, potassium, manganese, and fiber,” says Richard Andrew Kralj, M Ed., RDN, LDN. “One cup of canned tomatoes contains only 41 calories and no fat. Recent research on their health benefits, indicates tomatoes are rich in powerful antioxidants called carotenoids that protect against certain types of cancers and slow the development of atherosclerosis (plaque associated with hardening of arteries). The most abundant type of carotenoid found in tomatoes is lycopene. Research supports that foods high in lycopene may help to reduce the risk for prostate, digestive, and pancreatic cancers. Tomato products are responsible for more than 80% of the lycopene in the US diet.”

5. She Enjoys Rye Sandwiches

TaylorHillTaylor Hill/Instagram

Hill loves sandwiches on rye. “There are a couple of reasons why rye is interesting from a health perspective,” says David Seres, director of medical nutrition at Columbia University’s Institute of Human Nutrition. “One is that it retains its fiber, even after the bran has been removed and fiber is thought to be good for us in the diet. And the second is that when you eat an equal amount of rye compared to wheat, your blood rises less and more slowly.”

Taylor Hill, the supermodel and former Victoria's Secret Angel, is no stranger to being in front of the camera. That’s one reason why she’s so good at social media. She has almost 19 million Instagram followers, who come to see her latest looks; accordingly, she shared her latest swimsuit scenes from Zara Swim. “Stunning Lady,” said Emily in Paris star Lily Collins. “Tay so beautiful❤️❤️” commented fellow model Elsa Hosk. 1. She Does Group Fitness Classes

Hill has gone to ModelFit, which did full-body group fitness classes. "We do a lot of slow, muscle-targeting movements with gliding discs and two-pound weights. Almost kind of floor Pilates in a way because we get on the floor, and she puts resistance bands around my ankles and things like that. It's so hard—it doesn't sound hard, and it doesn't look hard, but I could back squat, like, 85 pounds, and I quiver when I do this. I'm like, Oh my God, I can't stand up anymore because I'm so sore! It's amazing," she told Byrdie.

2. She Tried Strength Training

"I used to do a lot of weight training, lifting, and things like that," she says. "It was really difficult, which I liked, but then I realized I wasn't getting the results that I wanted. You have to drink gnarly protein shakes and all of that to build that muscle, especially when you're as tall as me. I'm like; I can't develop muscle; it's just not working!” she told Byrdie.

3. She Used to Bulk Up Before a Show

“I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she told The Sunday Times back when she was modeling for Victoria’s Secret. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You would die. Victoria’s Secret girls are like athletes. We’re like Olympians. We’re strong.” She added: “I just love being me.”

4. She Cares for Her Skin

Moschino - Backstage - Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2022/2023Vittorio Zunino Celotto/Getty Images

“I just keep it really easy, and I use really clean products without a lot of chemicals in them. I use a very simple face wash called CeraVe. It’s for [removing] makeup that causes acne. And then I use coconut oil for hydration. It’s the best! Hair, skin and nails,” she once told Coveteur. “When I’m not working, I literally don’t have a beauty routine. I try to just roll natural, because, you know, I work everyday and put makeup on like crazy everyday. I think on my days off, it’s really nice to just give my skin a break and just hang out; put my hair in a knot and just walk around.” Consuming coconut oil can be good, as well. “It's the quality of your cholesterol that matters, and coconut oil actually increases the good cholesterol, HDL. It increases the LDL, but it makes the particles better so they're not as damaging,” says Dr. Mark Hyman to the Mayo Clinic.

5. This Was Her Diet in NYC During the Victoria’s Secret Years

Armani "One Night Only" - Front RowCedric Ribeiro/Getty Images

"I drink protein shakes, eat a lot of chicken, and try to make more home-cooked meals. It's really hard in New York because everything is so small. My kitchen is tiny, but it's nice because it forces me to learn something new every day and not cook the same things over and over. Snack-wise, I like dark chocolate just because it's something sweet and it makes me feel like I'm eating what I want," she told Allure. Dark chocolate is a healthy choice. "Flavanols are a type of flavonoid that’s found in plants such as the cacao tree. These trees produce the cacao beans used to make chocolate," says the Cleveland Clinic. “Flavanols are abundant in cacao beans,” says dietitian Devon Peart, MHSc, BASc, RD. “The cacao beans are fermented and roasted, producing what we call cocoa beans. We make cocoa solids from those" and dark chocolate "contains two to three times more flavanol-rich cocoa solids as compared to milk chocolate,” Peart adds. “It’s significantly higher.”

Taylor Hill is an extremely successful model. She is best known for her work with Victoria’s Secret. Hill recently enjoyed a trip to the Galapagos. She shared some highlights this week on Instagram. In them, Hill is seen snorkeling and going to the beach. She wore a blue and white swimsuit in one photo. Hill captioned the post, “Let’s galapa-go.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Taylor Hill stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Does Workouts She Enjoys

Hill shared some of her workout secrets in an interview with InStyle. In it, she shared how she stays consistent and motivated. “I like to think of working out and all that stuff as more of a lifestyle,” Hill explains. “You can make it fun, and find what you love, and do what you like. It’s just about being confident with how you are. I work out more for myself than to be thin.”

2. She’s Confident

Los,Angeles,-,Dec,15:,Taylor,Hill,Arrives,For,TheShutyterstock

Hill is all about having self-confidence. She tells InStyle that this helps her when she skips a workout or gets too busy. “Sometimes I can’t work out all the time, because I travel like a crazy person. So sometimes it doesn’t work out, and that’s OK with me. I just love the idea of it being a part of my life. Be yourself. Just do things that will make you feel confident about who you are.”

3. She Keeps Her Skin Natural

Hill has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells InStyle that she doesn’t like to wear too much makeup when she’s not working. “For my daily beauty routine, I like to keep it pretty clean, just because I wear a lot of makeup for jobs. I fly a lot. So it’s really nice to kind of give my skin more of a break. So I think if I am going to wear makeup that day, I just throw on a little bit of concealer under the eye, just to like brighten up the face.”

4. She Cleanses In The Shower

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,06:,Taylor,Hill,Taylor,Hill,ArrivesShutterstock

Hill shared some of her favorite products in an interview with Byrdie. She says that she uses a cleanser from CeraVe. Hill also says that she has a specific routine for it. "I use it in the shower because my dermatologist told me it's good to wash your face in there—the steam opens up your pores, and it really gets in your skin. When I get out, I splash my face with hot water and then again with cold water."

5. She Does Pilates-Esque Workouts With Weights

Hill shared the workouts that she does with her trainer in her Byrdie interview. 1. Modeling Improved Her Self-Love

TaylorHillTaylor Hill/Instagram

Many people believe that modeling negatively impacts body image, but Hill maintains it is the opposite. "I used to hate my body, and I thought I was really ugly," she told Byrdie. "I was so not confident, and becoming a model—and especially a VS girl—has changed my perspective on who I am. It's kind of given me a new light: You're beautiful no matter what you look like, no matter what body type you have. I always envied curvy women because I wasn't that. The grass is always greener, and you'll always have to deal with that. But being a model has helped me embrace my body type. It's hard on some girls, but it actually helped me a lot."

2. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

“I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I’m in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC,” Taylor revealed to Harper’s Bazzar about her sweat sessions. “But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It’s important to switch things up so that your body doesn’t get too used to anything.”

3. She Doesn’t Diet

You won’t find Taylor on any trendy eating plans. “I actually don’t stick to any diets, but I eat everything in moderation. Plus, exercising regularly is very important,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. Some of her favorite meals? “When I’m in Paris, I always have Japanese udon. And pizzas in New York. I also love spaghetti, and basically everything when I’m in Italy.”

4. She Eats A LOT Before Fashion Shows

Contrary to public opinion, Taylor maintains that models don’t starve themselves prior to runway shows. “I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she told The Sunday Times. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You would die. Victoria’s Secret girls are like athletes. We’re like Olympians. We’re strong.”

5. She Uses a Personal Trainer

Cote des Roses Campaign Launch PartyEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

Taylor opts to use a personal trainer over group fitness. "I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," she told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out.”

Sharvari isn’t just making waves in the film industry—she’s dominating the fitness game too. Known for her roles in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, the rising star proves that strength and discipline extend far beyond the big screen.
In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
