Tayshia Adams first made waves in 2019, when she became a contestant on The Bachelor. She then appeared on that year’s Bachelor in Paradise. She returned to the franchise in 2020, when she took over as the lead on The Bachelorette from Clare Crawley. Adams even hosted the 2021 Bachelorette season, alongside former lead, Kaitlyn Bristowe. She just shared a new reel of herself in a hot tub on Instagram. In it, she wore a maroon bathing suit, looking gorgeous. She captioned the post, “Finding more of myself.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tayshia Adams stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Makes Time To Workout

No matter how busy her schedule is, Adams makes time to workout. “Self-care is so important to me and finding dedicated time to work out really helps me,” she says to Stylecaster. “I block time in my calendar for the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I love to go on walks along the West Side Highway in NYC. Stretching and meditating once or twice a week is huge for me.”

2. She Protects Her Skin From Acne

Adams talked about her skincare tips to Glamour. She says that she makes sure to prevent acne. “If I’m working out—which, I work out every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday morning—I solely use the SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age and sunscreen, and go to the gym,” she explains. “Blemish + Age is so good when you’re working out because it helps fight off that bacteria when you’re sweating, so it helps keep my breakouts at bay. I’m more of a hormonal breakout person, so I break out especially around my period—you know, sometimes your skin gets a little funky. The Dr. Zenovia Clear Complexion Acne Spot Treatment is so good, and I just recently started using Starface pimple patches.”

3. She Cleanses At Night

When it comes to cleansing, Adams usually only uses it once a day. “In the morning, depending if I have any retinol on my face, I actually don’t like to wash my face with any cleansers,” she tells Glamour. “I just use a little bit of water. I don’t think having the natural oils on your skin is a bad thing. At night I use the Salicylic Acid Cleanser from Inkey, or the Cetaphil Daily Cleanser.”

4. She Moisturizes

Adams makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. “I either use my No. 7 Restore & Renew Multi Action Day Cream that has sunscreen in it or the ReVive Intensite Creme Lustre Day Cream, which also has SPF 30,” she tells Glamour. “My skin’s been so dry because it’s starting to get cold in the city, and the ReVive has been really good on my skin. The other moisturizer I’ve been using is the Peptide Moisturizer by The Inkey List. Then, I’m an Aquaphor girl, but if I don’t have it, the Hydra Balm by SkinCeuticals is kind of this thicker ointment that’s good for daily dry skin so I’ll use that where it’s really dry. I use that as an extra hydrating layer and just go to bed.”

5. She Uses A Scalp Brush

Adams revealed her secrets to taking care of her scalp to Glamour. “Conair’s two-in-one scalp brush is the product I didn’t know I needed. I use it every night before I go to bed to help stimulate hair growth. I use it in the shower to help with product buildup, and I swear to you, my hair is growing and it feels healthier.”

Landry has never been afraid to post stunning, revealing photos on Instagram. She just posted a new set of photos of herself posing in a pink bathing suit. In the caption, Landry wrote a poem about her body:

"An ode.

One that doesn’t always need words

Yet is writing an entire poem.

Every stripe, a strike of the pen

Every fold, a turn of the page.

The birthplace of memories.

Belly,

You are a work of unwritten art."

1. She Gives Herself Grace

In an interview with Jillian Harris, Landry was asked what piece of advice she would give to someone struggling with their body image. Landry answered, “To give themselves grace and remember they are not the problem or something to fix, but a person who has been saturated with messages of not being enough. Even on the worst of days, that we all deserve to show up and live our lives and make memories in them!

2. She Follows Positive Accounts

One way Landry has developed her sense of body positivity is by following other body positive accounts. She tells Jillian Harris, “A big part of this has been following folks who echo positive messages about our relationships with food. That there is no moral value on food, no good, no bad, no “guilt-free” or “cheat days”. There is a spectrum of nutrient density, but not a moral value. Something that’s really helped me over the years.”

3. She Shows Up For Herself

Landry tells Jillian Harris that she is always showing up for herself, and wants others to do the same. “I think my goal would be to show more that we don’t have to FEEL confident or FEEL love for our bodies but SHOW UP confidently and SHOW UP in love. That doesn’t have to be rocking a bikini but rocking whatever makes you not focus on your body so you can focus on the life around you.”

4. She’s All About The Love

Landry posted this set of photos on Instagram, where she talked about diet culture, and how it has caused people to hate their bodies. Landry says that her reaction is to love her body, at all costs. “Hate is a powerful thing. But to LOVE in the face of it… Well that’s just a whole other kind of powerful.”

5. She Didn’t Feel Pressure To Lose Weight

Landry posted this set of postpartum photos on Instagram, and talked about how she is avoiding the pressure of getting back to her “pre-baby body.” She writes, “It’s ok if you look like you gave birth when you did. And honestly, if it’s going to widely accepted that there can be dad bods for men who aren’t fathers, then this statement can also be true: It’s also ok if you look like you gave birth when you *didn’t*.”

Tate McRae is living it up in Mexico in her swimsuit! The chart-topping singer flaunts her fabulous figure in a variety of swimsuits via her latest social media posts taken while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas with her rumored boyfriend, hockey player Cole Sillinger. And, to say she looks stunning is an understatement. “You’re just beautiful,” commented Addison Rae. How does the young star stay both physically and mentally healthy? Read on to see 5 ways Tate McRae stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Pushes Herself

In an interview with The Star, Tate confessed that her pressure for success only comes from within and she uses it as fuel. “I feel like most of the pressure that I feel usually comes from myself and wanting to do better as an artist myself,” she told them.

2. She Dances

Prior to becoming a singer, Tate was a dancer. “If you don’t already know, I love to dance. I’ve been dancing all my life. I can’t wait for my live shows coming up so everyone can see that I’m not just a singer or just a dancer, I’m both,” she told Refinery 29. “I started dancing around the age of 6. It began as a hobby that I was definitely not seriously interested in. I loved performing, but hated when I actually had to do what I was told,” she added to Everly. “I only started getting serious when my mom took me to New York at age 8. I was extremely inspired and motivated! It gave me something to work toward and was the moment when I realized I wanted to dance for the rest of my life. From then on, I have been training nonstop and am always pushing myself to my greatest potential.”

3. She Has Struggled with Body Image Issues

2022 iHeartRadio Wango Tango - ArrivalsJon Kopaloff/Getty Images

Tate has been staring at her body since she was a child. “It’s really difficult because I would see myself every single day since the age of seven in a high-cut leotard and tights. So you’d be staring at yourself in a mirror for eight hours a day, judging your body. Sometimes I feel delusional because I’m like, “I have no idea what my body looks like,” she told Fashion. “I used to go to ballet schools in Germany and they would take measurements of every single part of my body at age nine. At the time, I didn’t even realize how much that was messing with me mentally, but I was already thinking about my body image. No one should be thinking about their body in that kind of way at a young age,” she continued. “Even though I’m starting to convince myself to love myself, there are a lot of things that dance has brought me that make navigating fashion so much harder. Because when you feel like you don’t know what you look like, it can be hard to take risks.”

4. She Strives for Self-Acceptance

Tate strives for self-acceptance. “As a public figure, it’s hard because you’re putting yourself out there for people to judge you. I’m growing up and my body’s changing every single day. And while I’m just trying to accept my own body, so are millions of other people on the internet,” she told Fashion.

5. She Loves to Cook and Eat

Fried,Brussel,Sprouts,With,Ham,And,OnionsShutterstock

Tate hasn’t revealed many details about her diet, but she told Fashion that she loves to cook. “I don’t usually watch a lot of TV, but when I do, I’m obsessed with cooking shows. My favorite food [is] Brussels sprouts or dark chocolate,” she said. She added to Refinery 29 that she has one go-to comfort food: Toast.

She captioned the post, “Give me a clear ocean and a pair of goggles (not pictured) and I’m the happiest ever 🏊🏼‍♀️” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Genevieve Parisi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Took Time For Herself

In an interview with BachelorNation.com, Parisi talked about her experience on The Bachelor. She says that she had to take some time with her loved ones to recover. “It was honestly hard coming back from filming, especially for a few weeks. But seeing my family, being with my friends, and getting rest were the best things I could’ve done. I took time for myself and that’s how I got back into everything.”

2. She’s Grown

Parisi says that being on The Bachelor has helped her grow as a person. She tells BachelorNation.com that being on the show has helped with her mental health and wellbeing. “The biggest thing I learned about myself from the experience is that I’m very emotionally strong. I’ve struggled with anxiety and being on the show tested my patience and my anxiety. But seeing how I got through it made me really proud of myself.”

3. She Wants To Inspire Others

Parisi wanted to use her time on The Bachelor to inspire others. She says that she wanted to encourage others to stand up for themselves as she did. “I just hope that I gave people some confidence to stick up for themselves. I did my best to do that the entire time on the show. I was myself and stood up for myself and my friends when I felt like it was the right thing to do.”

4. She’s More Vulnerable

Parisi tells BachelorNation.com that she knows what she wants in a relationship, and knows what she has to do to get it. “On the show, I realized that I need to be better about opening up, being vulnerable, and letting my walls down. So since getting back from ‘The Bachelor,’ I haven’t done much dating since I’ve been back but I have been more open. That’s really what I learned from the experience is that I need to be more open or I’m not going to get anywhere when it comes to a relationship.”

5. She Swims

Parisi spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go swimming. She and her fellow Bachelor contestant Rachel Recchia shared this Instagram collaboration of the two of them in a pool. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
